So they preach that they care about vets and good business reputation. They are part of a “life style” 30 day to get an order 6 states away. Wish send junk from China on a ship across an ocean faster. Customer service makes you wait for absolutely nothing to tell you there is nothing they can do for you every time even tho all 3 experiences are getting worse every time. GruntStyle had one thing in the cart at check out. Press send and sends me the complete wrong order. I bought 3 items in GruntStyle check out. The send me two items one that I replaced and one never even made it in the box and one item was right. Made me sit on hold to tell me there’s nothing the can do.

All this said I still like the product and will make a few last purchases. Ultimately I will not spend as much money as I planned on nor will I recommend the company to anyone else.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I think everyone should know this. I returned 10 shirts and only got a little over $110 credit ,so I called to find out why ?What the lady informed me was that if it is a previous beer guarantee return they do not give you credit and they do not return your shirts back to you.,I had one they couldn’t find and they said they donated it and they will not give me a credit for it or return it back to me . So I only got Credit for 7 shirts out of 10..
Read their new beer guarantee before returning or you will be disappointed.

Three times in a row I’ve had them deliver a small instead of an extra large. I’ve made sure I’ve always hit that button but they always manage to send me smaller sizes and this has happened to several friends as well. I’ve emailed and called explaining and nothings been done. I’m done with grunt style, which I absolutely hate cause they have super cool shirts for us vets but their attention to detail is just horrible. UPDATE: their shipping was horrible for awhile but now they don’t have any sizes that are the most common. I’m about done with grunt style and their shenanigans. It’s getting old. This company in the day was good but has gone seriously down hill in the last two years.

Love you GS, I am very confused with the recent stress I've had with you?? I ordered a package over a month ago and not only has yet to come in, but it also said it would be here at the very latest by today and it is not. I only began receiving updates and alerts on the status of my package last week and I'm praying it come in time for Christmas, though I shouldn't be having to considering I ordered many weeks ago. The "Shop" application is also giving me trouble, why not track through your own application?

The discounts should be applied if I earned the rewards for them. It shouldn’t matter if it’s already an off season item that’s on sale. Some of the items were no longer in my size and I should be able to use my rewards for such items in case I may need to give it away due to it not fitting me properly. Also it’s not user friendly GruntStyle goes back and forth and switches a lot in between me trying to look at items. Other than that I absolutely love the merch. GruntStyle and site can just be more user friendly and rewards should be able to be applied no matter what. Also I tried changing my club membership from men to woman and I can’t figure it out there is no way under manage subscription. It would be nice to be able to change my club membership as I see for for that month.

The product and the people are great. The designs are amazing and the customer service is awesome. GruntStyle and ordering process is funky. The scan credit card option doesn’t work, adding details to new cards carries over other cards information like dates, but GruntStyle is easy to search. Shipping is horrible. I have made at least a dozen orders and only two of those orders arrived within 3 weeks. Three orders were preorders so that’s understandable. The rest have delivered closer to two months and this has nothing to do with pre-orders.

Let me just start off by saying, I love grunt style. The patriotic and humorous apparel is amazing. But the past few times I’ve ordered from there my packages have gotten lost. I’ve ordered from other sites and businesses and no issues. But for some reason the past 3 times I’ve lost my packages from grunt style. Last time my package was marked as Delivered but I couldn’t find it. When I called them it hadn’t even left their packaging facility. Now my package has been stuck in Detroit for 5 days. I understand we’re in an ongoing pandemic but why is my package stuck in Detroit?

Huge fan of their shirts and hoodies. Wear it everywhere every day (except to church). Their customer service is beyond reproach and I’ve used their “Beer Guarantee” a couple times with stupendous results. My three star rating comes from trying to use GruntStyle . Why do I get a pop up prompting me to download GruntStyle when I’m on GruntStyle ????? That and the pop ups to “spin the wheel” or “how did you hear about us” as I’m trying to check on a delivery status is beyond irritating. Save the pop ups for check out and let me do what I came to do in peace!

The clothes are awesome and my son and I will be customers for life! GruntStyle is terrible at checkout tho. I tried multiple times to login, same account info for years. It tells me invalid and asks if I want to reset my password. I say yes, enter my email, it says no record found. Try to start a new account thinking maybe it wasn’t syncing with the website, it tells me my email address is already registered. The same email address they just told me didn’t exist for a password reset lol! So I ended up checking out as a guest. But we love our grunt style merch, in spite of GruntStyle checkout debacle!

I’ve purchased a few items from this company in the past; as well as been gifted a few items by my fiancé who happens to be a vet (68 Whiskey to be specific) that her and her colleagues have all praised this company. Every shirt I have is still like new, despite being worn countless times. Supporting this company, the men and women who operate it, is incredibly important.

So I think you all for an incredible product, great customer service, and more importantly; thank you to the ones who have served, and made this company all of what it is!

I like to look and everything and add items to my cart I want then go to my shopping cart and eliminate items until I’ve met my spending budget. But the ap isn’t showing pictures of the items in the shopping cart so I had to open in browser and search for item to look st so I could decide which ones I wanted the most. Frustrating for me. I’m disabled and it’s painful to type and hold my phone for very long. I even refreshed the shopping cart to see if the pictures would show. They would show for a split second then disappear. I also had issues browsing in the individual sections. I went to Womens then clicked on a sub link and it was blank. It did that in men’s also. The only way I could see the products was to click on “view all” then I had to scroll more than I wanted to dye yo pain. So these little glitches will deter me from trying to order again until I know I can handle more pain from having to search more for what I want to buy and that could make it not worth the effort.
The zip up hoodies run small. I like to wear men’s shirts. Usually a large in men’s is too big but not sloppy. I got the zip up hoodie in xlarge so I could wear layers under it and still have room but it fits snug with tanks and T-shirt under. So I ordered an xlarge regular hoodie and it’s HUGE!!! So the sizing is not true between the different types of sweatshirts. I noticed this with the different T-shirt’s as well.

When u shop grunt style online, they give u the option to check out with idme, which if your not aware gives military first responders fire emts discounts on all kinds of products, including grunt style. GruntStyle does not have this option for some reason. It makes it pointless for someone like me to even use GruntStyle . If possible can you guys add this feature to GruntStyle . 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸

I had originally planned to make this purchase yesterday (5/25) but for some reason my credit card(s) were not being accepted. The deal I got yesterday included free shipping. I’m not going to dwell on it, matter of fact, if you think I am entitled to a refund, I would prefer you put the money in whatever fund supports our troops who have given their all for the freedoms we enjoy everyday. I am more concerned that there was no way to determine what was wrong with either of the cards I tried and were denied. Then the phone number was not working. Hopefully you can find out what happened. Today’s transaction went right through.
Please keep styles coming that are not specific to those who have served as I didn’t but am proud to support your brand because of the support you provide to our proud service veterans.

My experience with this company has been nothing but 5 star from day one. I really became a fan when they started making shirts that are approved by the United States Marine Corps. Being a Marine, I can appreciate that they took the time to contact The Marine Corps and get there approval for Grunt Style to sell licensed merchandise. That means a lot to me and I’m sure to everyone who purchases the Marine Corps shirts. Thanks for the great experience and you have a customer for life.

GruntStyle is made easy and efficient for users to navigate the Grunt Style website whenever they want to go shopping online. Plus, the Rewards program from Grunt Style gives a good discount for those who are loyal customers.
While the payment methods have improved over time, I recommend that you keep your options open, and familiarize yourself with GruntStyle before making the decision to make any purchases.

I love everything about this company, they support our veterans and are American-based. The only thing I would like to see is some sleeveless T-shirts as I love to wear sleeveless T-shirts in the summertime. I have bought like 17 grunt style shirts and all of them still have the sleeves I just can’t bring myself to cut the sleeves off and I cut the sleeves off all of my T-shirts in the summertime. I just feel like it would be a disgrace to the company the veterans and America to cut the flag and their brand off. Plus they have a lifetime guarantee who can beat that? These guys bleed red white and blue.

I been buying Grunt Style since last year, and to tell you the truth, is been a Great Service Fast delivery and Awesome shirts, that's why i keep coming back for more and my closet is full of the most Patriotic GS shirts, usually i been ordering from fb because i followed them, and never had an issue when it comes to shopping cart, i have downloaded this Shop app and Grunt Style keeps me updated when the package is going thru states and takes them three days to be delivered and if you ask me, that's Fast Thank you GRUNT STYLE 🇺🇸🇺🇸🤘

Great company and awesome clothing! I truly enjoy all the clothing I have purchased for myself, as well as, the items I purchased for my family and friends. The only issue I have encountered is while using GruntStyle -it moves slow, blinks in and out causing me to start my search again and takes quite awhile to download photos of the item. I understand that you are constantly updating/changing products and information which may attribute to the issues. It will not deter me from shopping and patronizing your company. After several washes the quality is still 5 stars and feels comfortable and like new. I’m a former first responder now working in healthcare as I continue to recover from an unfortunate near fatal massive stroke. Your apparel, that I continue to wear adds fuel to my already self motivated lifestyle. Love your products! I wish you guys offered a mental health shirt and additionally apparel for stroke survivors such as myself.

I heard of grunt style roughly 8/9 years ago when they were a small business, I was always hoping to keep them to myself and the few elite people who would ask, where did you get that shirt at.!? However, it didn’t last long, I buy grunt style for everything! Their shirts, shorts, hoodies, glasses. My wife is always saying you really love grunt style.?! I say when you find a shirt that fits perfect , always and all the time, you do everything you can to keep them in your drawer lol. GRUNT STYLE KEEP IT UP! Always representing till the wheels fall off.!
