My my company’s instructions say to download the app and then select personal unmanaged from a drop-down menu. There is no drop-down menu when I open the app.

Absolutely terrible. Calling it garbage is an insult to trash. Does not work to retrieve the apps required by my employer. Extremely and needlessly cumbersome, and those are it’s good points.
