Follow these steps to resolve intermittent R4VE app issues:

Force Stop the R4VE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click R4VE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update R4VE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear R4VE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "R4VE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch R4VE.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click R4VE » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
