File Central works fairly well. It is does not make your phone into a full blown computer however.

Really. this app has clipboard sharing and file sharing features that are advanced and still easy to use and they work.
App has extensive, clear Help docs and their email Support answered a question I had in less then 24 hours (and they even told me about a feature in FileCentral that I had not known about).
