I tried using mybookslibrary on two devices with no syncing, limited scanning results, and when prompted to search for a manual entered title and author, it wouldn’t search the internet to fill in the blanks. Overall it’s a big disappointment for an app that showed promise.

I like mybookslibrary but it definitely needs a bug fix and/or update because scanning the barcodes causes it to crash. I’ve tried it multiple times with the same results. Needs an update or bug fix. Other than that, I like keeping my library in one place that is searchable and is helpful when I’m at the bookstore to ensure that I don’t accidentally buy the same book twice.

Since latest update, the rollers for location and for genre won’t roll for me. Very annoying. Adding the roller for authors ensures I enter the names the same each time - thank you!

I searched mybookslibrary and the creator’s website but do not see a place to request help, so this is it. I am afraid to remove and reload mybookslibrary , as I am sure I will lose all 2,000 titles!

I love just having a searchable list of all my books and book types so I stop duplicating purchases! The Search function works well, which makes it easier, as well. The rollers work well in Search, just not while adding or editing titles. Any help would be appreciated!

I do wish the roller choices could be edited, as, due to sticky rollers, I have categories such as “W” and “Roman”.

I love mybookslibrary , but there are still some things in a different language (German perhaps?). For instance, I think the book location category is an option, but it’s in a different language when you click on it. It says, neuen Standort eingenben.” Also, when I export it to a PDF, the page numbers are in a different language as well. It says, “Seite 1,” etc.
