You actually have to buy a time period to use the app for. 3.99 was too much in my opinion for a month just for me to try it out. You’re rushed through the poses by a CG woman who doesn’t move like a real person and there’s very little instruction. There are also no auditory cues to change position so you always have to be watching the screen, even on your back to keep up. The routine maybe lasted 10 minutes? I’d rather pay for a real class than use this app again.

I'm sure this would be a great app if it worked. They make you enter either your due date or lmp to use, but the stupid scroll menu for the date is cutoff, so you can't see the year, causing it to tell you the date you've chosen is invalid. I clicked what I thought was a help button on the corner of the screen, but got definition of BMI which I couldn't back out of or escape from, so I had to completely close out the app. Anyway, I'd be surprised is someone made it passed the login because I couldn't. I'm uninstalling after only five frustrating minutes of having this app.
