First I called the restaurant and they told me that my order was ready at 7:20 (1 hr after submitting the order) I wrote to my driver that my order was ready just in case I had made any mistake. She told me that she had picked up my order. After about 40 minutes waiting I checked and my driver apparently had canceled and I was assigned another driver. I called him and told him that I had been waiting for my order almost two hours. He said that he would check what happened and if he was able to pick it up he would deliver it to me. Finally 2 and a half hours later my oder finally arrived. I am very unhappy and upset with this app. I have deleted it and do not recommend it to anyone. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible experience for being my first time and do not intend on using it again.

I had three bad experiences the three times I ordered from them, and tried to give them the chance because I thought it was better to “support local”. But this last one was the worst!! Imagine you place the order, they tell you it’s been accepted. A driver goes to pick up the food, and the restaurant was closed. No notification. The driver leaves, and the app sends ANOTHER driver to the place. Half an hour later I receive an email as if my meal was delivered. On top of that, they had already charged me, and no one was available from support since their phones no longer accept calls and their customer support line (instead, they direct you to send a message thru Facebook), and they didn’t answer me throughout their Facebook page until the next day. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.
