Too many notifications.

I would have given this 5 stars because it’s awesome with alerting you of storms and tornadoes... the only downside and the reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because I’ve gotten 40 notifications in the last 10 mins for the same two alerts. Tropical storm watch and hurricane watch. There only needs to be one alert for both, unless it extends or updates then send another one. But I’m telling you 22 alerts for Tropical storm watch at 6:15 is TOO much. Plus 17 alerts for Hurricane watch at 6:15. There only needs to be one alert for each. But its happened in the past for flood advisors and never stops. It just never stops. FIX THIS.

i am living through hurricane ida as i type.
woke to a cell blasting tornado warnings this morning BUT NOTHING FROM THIS APP— the ONLY tornado this app registers is from 15 hours ago & 1200 miles away.
why have the option if it’s not going to help save lives by actually functioning??
VERY DISAPPOINTED! there have been at least 2 touchdowns in my county in the last hour, so i would expect SOME INFO at the least.
this app is great for tracking hurricane progression, but DON’T BOTHER using it for more immediate emergencies!!! find something else!
Works but…

The information that is presented leaves a LOT to be desired. Show me the radar picture of the hurricane. Show me when and where landfall is predicted. There is so much more that this app could do. It does show a small icon on a map that represents the location of the hurricane, but not much more. Pretty useless. I will be deleting this app. I’ll just use any weather app from most any local TV stations for a more informative view of impending hurricanes.
