This is the perfect shift calendar. Easy to use. I love the color coding. I can see my month at quick glance. It is easy to make changes as my shift often changes with the staffing needs of my job. The only problem I have with it is my need to share it with my wife. I know it shares but it is a static share. I need something that both my wife and I can have on our phones and make adjustments to in real time. I’m often unavailable to talk during a shift and my wife needs to add important appointments or plans to my shift calendar in real time for me to see. The ability to add this feature would be worth its weight in gold!!!! This feature would eliminate much miscommunication and frustration between us as we work to overcome scheduling conflicts. I can’t find a shift calendar that is great as yours that has the ability for more than one user. Please help and consider adding this feature. So worth any money charged for the feature.

This Shift calendar is hands down the simplest to navigate and use. Shifts, and shift rotations, are scheduled and altered in a breeze, and it is very convenient to be able to add notes to each date. It is also very practical that multiple shifts can be scheduled for each date. The problem is that the $4.99 upgrade is a bit much for these basic features; and nothing but a preview seems to be available without the upgrade. Other comparable apps, I.e. Pay Day, are available at 1/2 this price and offer more features... granted, I've not found one, as yet, that offers the ease of schedule editing by use of "drag and drop". The app would surely be worth its price if it included pay calculations and a summary report.

I had to switch from my old faithful calendar cause they quit updating to something new. Figure I would give this calendar a try. So far I do like it but I think I have the same complaints as everyone else. I wish I could put more then two appointments, jobs etc on one day. Some days are action packed and I use my little quick look calendar to keep me in check. Also maybe add more colors to choose from or be able to create your own color. And one more thing, it would be nice if there was an option where you didn't have to put a time frame down at all. I have a shift marked for dr appts, I have to write some time frame down on the Original set up. I'm not going to go back in each time and change the time frame when I can jus add the the correct appointment time in the notes section. But it does throw you off when you glance at it and it says dr. Appt 900. It's my first day playing with this so we shall see how it goes.
