Ez iCam Reviews

EziCam is rated as low as I can. There is no reason EziCam should be disabled without full location access. You don’t need to know my precise location to connect to a camera. Fix that and I can then use EziCam to give it a review.

App scrolls through cameras automatically instead of staying on the camera you own. It’s stupid when trying to connect. And it won’t connect. Selecting wifi on camera and phone and when going to app it doesn’t recognize the connection. I got it to connect about a month ago temporarily and while connected, you can control camera from your phone but only while phone is unlocked. If phone auto locks you lose connection with camera.

I bought my camera last year and it connected fine, but I never really used EziCam because it was just easier to put the SD card into a computer... Now when I connect to the WiFi it doesn’t register for EziCam so I can’t use it at all...

EziCam has failed to give me the ability to be ability to access it. Like I cannot even get passed the first screen when I open EziCam . Please update EziCam and fix the issue, or I will be forced to buy a new GoPro and go with another company for my recordings!

Main reason I downloaded EziCam was since I bought the Eken Video camera to stream live to Facebook Live.. It worked for awhile but recently stopped. I will change my rating once fixed, but the camera isn’t much good to me now. Tried to connect to support but getting an error message there too. Wondering if EziCam is no longer being supported.

Purchased this from an aftermarket LEGO site to view my RC functions kits. Well, followed the directions to set up EziCam for the camera, it worked. Set it up fir my LEGO functions, nope. Then back to the EZ Cam, no luck. Tried it on my work phone, crashed every time. The only thing that works is the remote. If it’s WiFi, don’t buy this product

EziCam keeps crashing. The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Is there anyway you can fix this. I Purchased the camera because I was told that connects to the iPhone through EziCam . Nothing works.

Since the latest update I can no longer connect with my ek7000 akaso

App and camera are great but app is super laggy and I don’t understand why I’m not new to this I know how that should be working and it crashes everyone I can never watch my videos that I’ve take. Please fix for a better rating thanks

Just brought the EKEN h9r with 32 gb memory card and saw EziCam would be perfect for the live streaming and it doesn’t connect. It doesn’t even show a picture on my picture when recording a video. Only a white blank screen with a red dot flashing. Please fix the live streaming to Facebook for the phone.

The WiFi part of the camera is very confusing when I try to join my cameras WiFi it asked for a password but I was never given a password for the WiFi so I’m not sure we’re to get it.

EziCam has not passed the test yet. Once it allows me to see what I am recording through my iPhone 7S Plus without issue, then you have a fantastic product. This seems to work flawlessly on the GoPro Hero 5 Black.
I would prefer it worked on my Neewer G1 4K
Is there an update coming or available that addresses this issue? Best regards and here’s to hoping for a swift resolution and another retained and happy customer.

I like EziCam and the camera, but my only problem is that whenever I click on my photo and try to go landscape, it crashes. It might just be my phone but my phone isn’t that old so yeah. Other than that, it’s great.

The only thing wrong with this is if you get too far away it will start to lag but other times I’ve used it it worked great

Love the product, got it straight from the box and started setting it up. For how cheap it is I expected to run into more problems but I never ran into one until just now...

The only problem I ran into with this camera is that once I’ve connected my phone to the camera via WiFi it pairs up just fine and I can control the camera through EziCam , but it will not show the footage on my phone. Correct me if I’m wrong but I was under the impression that I would be able to see a live demo of the footage I was shooting through my phone.

I have the Eken H9R and a iPhone 6 with IOS 11.4. Please let me know if I’m doing anything wrong or how to fix this problem, thanks.

When fixed I will change my 3 star to a five star.

Everything now seems to work including the live video feed on my phone, thank you so much, it does have a few lags and bags here and there but honestly not too bad, I’m changing to 5 Star!

I was upset because my remote is broken, but thankfully I found EziCam which is a great app!
I am able to connect my and it works very well!!

I have loved and uses up EziCam so many times because it’s awesome but now I can’t even use it because whenever I connectin camera shuts off and EziCam kicks me out please fix

I am really surprised that EziCam works as remote control for older cameras like mine 2016! I an very glad that it's still useful for older and many oder models!

I don’t know the wifi password for the camera because I thought I knew everything but I did not so can you send me the password for the camera if you can thanks!!!

I got this camera a year or two ago and I can’t connect to my phone if u can send me the password then that would be appreciated but other than that it’s Great

Want this to work really bad but unfortunately with the latest patch release of iOS 11 using EziCam with the camera to capture video crashes EziCam AND the camera. To recover you have to close EziCam manually and pull out the battery on the camera - video of course is lost.

Please update EziCam !!
