Cant pay my mortgage through CPMCCITYLink because it keeps crashing when I try to login. Your better off not using CPMCCITYLink. Save yourself the frustration

Why does CPMCCITYLink freeze every time I go to pay my bill? I get to the login screen for Mutual of Omaha and CPMCCITYLink freezes. I have to force close CPMCCITYLink . Iโve given up and now pay via Safari. It is such a hassle. Please fix.
I can never get passed the login. As soon as I put in my password and submit, CPMCCITYLink shuts down. I have tried deleting CPMCCITYLink and reloading but it still doesnโt work.

CPMCCITYLink keeps wanting me to pick a property but nothing is listed nor am I able to type anything to pick. I signed up online first and then tried CPMCCITYLink . Because of this, I canโt use CPMCCITYLink at all.
