Cant pay my mortgage through CPMCCITYLink because it keeps crashing when I try to login. Your better off not using CPMCCITYLink. Save yourself the frustration
Cannot get past the login screen, app crashes after I enter the password.
Why does CPMCCITYLink freeze every time I go to pay my bill? I get to the login screen for Mutual of Omaha and CPMCCITYLink freezes. I have to force close CPMCCITYLink . I’ve given up and now pay via Safari. It is such a hassle. Please fix.
I can never get passed the login. As soon as I put in my password and submit, CPMCCITYLink shuts down. I have tried deleting CPMCCITYLink and reloading but it still doesn’t work.

Worst app. Keep getting late fees because I can’t log in keeps saying unauthenticated user. Terrible app just like the Hoa that runs my property.
This is truly the worse app ever! Month after month I struggle to make payments and result in having late fees. Not user friendly, I pay all my bills on line effortlessly except for this one. My account is always locked and I am not able to reset or unlock it myself.

App will not allow password recovery and glitches during login- please update app controls for ease of access for users. Needs improvement.

CPMCCITYLink keeps wanting me to pick a property but nothing is listed nor am I able to type anything to pick. I signed up online first and then tried CPMCCITYLink . Because of this, I can’t use CPMCCITYLink at all.
Unusable in its current state - why go through the trouble of developing something that’s half baked, and not very well thought out?
