Purchased the ability to create custom tags for 99 cents. When I click to copy them the screen freezes and TopTags crashes. There doesn't seem to be a place to ask for help or a refund.
TopTags was fantastic until it started adding dots every time I used the keyboard before each hashtag. I have to delete them with every tag. Extremely frustrating!
Hashtags aren’t updated it’s the same hashtags
Really disappointed. I had saved many groups of hashtags that I used daily. I updated TopTags and when I opened TopTags they were all gone. Not sure why they would do that exiting users without warning.
I downloaded TopTags so I could keep custom-made tags saved to copy into Instagram. It was a free download but when I went to create my own tags I was prompted with a message saying I needed to upgrade to pro to make my own tags. It was $.99 so I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. After creating two sets of tags I was ready to copy them into Instagram. I clicked copy and TopTags sat still with the copy button still highlighted. Within 5-10 seconds TopTags crashed and my iPhone was reset to the home page. I closed TopTags and tried again. No luck. I rebooted my phone and tried again. No luck.
This bug needs to be fixed or my account needs to be credited as i still would like to use TopTags if it functions properly, but if it does not i will look elsewhere for a similar app.
I looked for ways to contact TopTags creator directly before posting this review, but could only find a blog website linked from the creator.
Cute concept but the hashtags aren’t updated and they only have a limited amount of topics.
Why do none of these apps have sports as category????
I'm an Instagram addict and an app like this is a blessing for me. It has all the top hashtags that you can use to promote your page or pics. The design of TopTags can be made to look more pretty tough.
