• $75 is steep for initial removal of adds

• Not feasible for business plan

• Cannot adjust alert type for each adhan

• Audio tafasir is muffled and low volumed

From last 3 to 4 days app is not working on iPad , while reading for a while left unattended when screen is off we are unable to retrieve the islam 360 , we need to close the tab and open again .

Islam 360 every few minutes later fatching data and stayed fatching data continually. After that it freeze the screen.

How to fix Islam360 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Islam360 app on iPhone
Update Islam360 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Islam360 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Islam360 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Islam360 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Islam360 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Islam360 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Islam360 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Islam360 » click [Force Stop]

Update Islam360 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Islam360 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Islam360 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Islam360.

Fix Islam360 unable to contact server/ Islam360 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Islam360 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Islam360 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Islam360
