I am using this app 2 days in the row perfectly fine. Suddenly they inform me I can’t anymore because something is wrong with my card. I call my bank and everything is fine, there are another 1.200€ left to spend with it! I tell that too the customer service of this company and they are like „sorry we can’t do anything“! In the meanwhile I paid with that card every museum in Paris we got to!

The app has an issue with the pickup point. When setting the needle on the map the app converts the coordinates to a wrong address house number too far away (200m) from my needle. This causes confusion with the driver and additional waiting time charges. And with travel luggage it's not fun to work to the end of a long street just to get to the driver.

Car was shown as if it would arrive in 4 minutes although that was completely wrong.

The app does not.apecify where the driver will.pick you up. The driver starts charging extra while waiting on the wrong address. In l try on airport does not specify where to wait in T1.

Haben zwei Fahrten in Paris im Voraus gebucht.
Die erste Fahrt hat einwandfrei geklappt. Bei der zweiten Fahrt gaben wir den gleichen Abholort an, der Fahrer hat uns jedoch nicht gefunden. Angeblich stand er nur um die Ecke, hat jedoch weitere 10 Minuten gebraucht, um uns vor dem Hotel abzuholen. Die Wartezeit durften wir bezahlen (ca. 4€).
Nach beiden Fahrten habe ich eine Mail bekommen: „Ihre Kreditkarte ist trügerisch, der Betrag konnte nicht abgebucht werden“. Mein Kreditinstitut meinte es ist alles ok. Laut den Kommentaren scheinen diese Probleme nicht selten zu sein…
