This gem has an absurd geoblocker that only allows you to access your tickets from „UK“ networks - this includes customers in the UK with a foreign SIM card.
One would have thought travel companies would like to attract travelers.
Even more bizarre, their website does work from abroad, just not the app. Aside from the fact that you must pick up a paper ticket at the station for whatever arcane reason…
One star, well deserved.
