Bonjour,

ce mercredi 5 aout 2020, moi et mon amis avant eu un accident avec vos vélos.
j'ai eu une fracture à la main, mon ami ayant été blessé aussi a été emmené par l'ambulance.
Malgré le signalement de ce problème, nous n'avons eu aucune réponse du service client et aucune assistance.
De même, ils essayent de me facturer 48€ ainsi que mon ami vu que les vélos n'ont évidemment pas pu être remis dans le lieu de location.
Je ne vais pas m'arrêter là.

J'ai eu plusieurs problèmes à Berlin avec des vélos qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement, j'ai été facturé à chaque fois et le service client ne répond jamais, ni via l'application, ni par mail, ni par téléphone. Je trouve cela franchement dommageable.

I've had several issues with malfunctioning bikes in Berlin and was billed every time although I wasn't to blame. I tried reaching customer service after each occurence, they never got back to me, wether I signalled through the app, the website, via email or telephone. I find this very maddening, especially since most of the trips I took went perfectly well, but being charged 25€ because the lock on a bike isn't working...not so nice

V ery user friendly but the customer service is terrible.
I have sent 5-6 messages for the same problem and haven’t received any feedback.
They have also charged me 10€for a ride I haven’t take.

Very user friendly app and costumer service resolved my problem in under 5 min!

Clear, user friendly and to the point. Easy to navigate and great initiative!

If you have any issue with returning the bike, they will charge you for renting it until their customer service deals with the issue and stop the rental. I paid 49€ for a 10min ride after waiting three days for the issue to be solved.

Ideal to move with a bike while keeping free to walk, visit... without constraints

I live in Germany with a French phone number, I never received the PIN to register. I cannot rent bikes.

They charged me over 109€ in one week for rides I didn’t do!! Customer service won’t answer!! Don’t use it !!

I used this app a few months ago, it worked very well. However this week i wanted to use it again for a bicycle in Malta, and i could not log on, the UI is mixing words on 1st page on both iPhone and iPad.

J'utilise nextbike à chaque fois que je viens en Pologne - Lodz. Elle est très bien faite et marche parfaitement. Contrairement à ce que les polonais pense (parce que la note est assez basse), je trouve le système de vélo bien fait et l'application super utile comparée au vélib de Paris.

Nouvel essai concluant. Le système a évolué et est devenue vraiment performant. Location extrêmement simple. Parfait

Nous avons trouvé l’adresse de cette application à Leipzig sur Google maps pour nous apercevoir que c’était le siège et non un magasin de location de vélos.

Nous avons rencontré des personnes travaillant pour cette application mais même avec leur aide, nous n’avons jamais réussi à nous enregistrer sur nextbike.

Dommage.

Le concept est bien mais ce serait pratique si on pouvait se connecter sur nextbike.

Świetny pomysł, super rozrywka jazda na rowerze i oczywiście przyjemne z pożytecznym- aktywność fizyczna połączona ze zwiedzaniem...niestety jakoś rowerów kiepska....

Renting a city bike in Warsaw is as simple as saying “hello”.
If you have the application, you only have to scan the QR code that is on the bike.
When you return the bike, you receive an automatic message telling that the bike is back.
I love it!
