J'ai eu plusieurs problèmes à Berlin avec des vélos qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement, j'ai été facturé à chaque fois et le service client ne répond jamais, ni via l'application, ni par mail, ni par téléphone. Je trouve cela franchement dommageable.

I've had several issues with malfunctioning bikes in Berlin and was billed every time although I wasn't to blame. I tried reaching customer service after each occurence, they never got back to me, wether I signalled through the app, the website, via email or telephone. I find this very maddening, especially since most of the trips I took went perfectly well, but being charged 25€ because the lock on a bike isn't working...not so nice
