This App is full of IT issues.
When you go to a DBS branch, the staff tells you that this is only an issue with my phone.
All my friends have the same issues, the app blocks and is not stable.
Even more dangerous: when you enter an amount to transfer, the app automatically adds « 00 » to the amount. Including PayNow and Paylah!
This is not serious from a bank like DBS, and for a country which aims to go virtual with perfect tools.
I experienced problems using this app on my iPad and even the feedback option doesn’t work properly.
Using this app just makes my iPhone overheating and making lag any other app, unless I restart the phone. Bad. Will delete the app.
All your preferences (photo, Touch ID, quick view, ...) reset every time you update the app...
The front page of the app freezes during time all the promotional offers (that nobody cares about) are loading...
Since I received my new IPhone 12 Pro Max, the phone is overheating in less than 2 min till the point that the phone can’t be handled.
Multiple website raise that concern but no update from DBS to solve that issue.
Lot of IT issues…. Session log out automatically after just log in (sometime impossible to log in for couples of hours / days). In paynow transfers, you can’t automatically put cents in your amount…
Seems that no updates fixed that for months…
Not at the level of DBS.
Finally DBS is issuing an app hassle-free. No need to type your id and pwd again and again every time you just want to check your balance or your transaction history.
It's still crashing once in a while but this is the app I was waiting for.
