Different problems everyday, unable to log in, or unable access content due to ‘time out’ even though I’ve literally just logged in, its wasting so much time trying to log in but unable to bank because the app is simply not working. Updated, re-installed, new versions, I’ve tried everything. This is so frustrating, I’ll stick to the website but hopefully the website would work.

App is always under maintenance and often unusable because of it. Otherwise well thought through with lots of functions…. Basically replaces any online banking you need to do. But again…. only if it’s not under maintenance. Annoying.

The new app asks to connect to other devices on my network. I declined but the pop up persists. Once a Yes or No has to be sufficient. I don’t like to play this game all day long.

with >200MB much too big for what it does. reliability much too inconsistent. it just adds psychological security.

would be so easy to have a proper and tested security app. instead, some bank buddy must have programmed that application without real insight in customer requirements or programming skills. it's bad for the banks reputation.

still the bank enforces it.

Online token is a big step forward, but FaceID is a must.
