Rip-off

I paid for the magazine and can not access. Claims I didn’t pay, so I emailed the receipt. Still nothing.

still waiting for support but too angry to hold off review

Bought a year's subscription via Apple, as my actual paper magazines were arriving a whole month late.

October 2, received receipt for $14.99+tax year's subscription.

Yet 2nd issue cannot be downloaded.

'I do not have permission to read.' Or some such rot.

Seriously?

I've already spent hours, literally, on the phone with other dealers of this magazine.

Why do I have to waste one more second?

Fix this NOW.

New issue not available for download

Issue not available for download. In October an issue wasn’t available on TVGuideMag . Now it’s happened again. Again customer service has no idea why this is happening or when the issue will be available and again refuse to refund $ for the issue. This happens quite often and customer service never knows why or when it will be available. I shouldn’t have to pay for an issue I can’t read. App is great when issues are available.
