I love the game very much, it’s addictive and love the chat feature. There is a thing concerning me though. I’m not sure if anyone else has had the glitch but, the game would randomly have an error message and log me out without doing anything. This has been happening frequently resulting me in leaving the game with frustration. As for the “banning” concern. We understand that if there is inappropriate art we can report it and have the artist take it down. However, a numerous amount of people have been leaving the game due to false reports of being a “nuisance.” We can’t put a word into our art or even a single number or letter without having a report show up. Banning is losing A LOT of your players. Therefore if this feature stays, no one will use your game anymore. I suggest if you want your players/customers to stay playing the game you get rid of the banning feature. As for if anything IS REPORTED, the art would be sent to the publishers of the game to view it before deciding if its an ACTUAL inappropriate/graphic art piece. Thank you and PLEASE fix this.

Hello creator of this app! I’ve been told this app was really fun from a friend of mine. So a downloaded it and I had lots of fun too. But my friend decided to draw something inappropriate, as a joke. I warned her not to, saying that she might get banned. And she did it anyway, i know this is a lot to ask for, but can u maybe make an update for when people get banned they have a time for when they get unbanned? Like, if someone drew something they weren’t suppose to, they can be banned for a months of a couple days. Then get unbanned after that time limit. When that happens, they will learn not to draw something like that again. I’m also trying to say to give people who were banned a chance to draw again. I won’t be surprised if the update doesn’t come, but it’s worth trying right? Well, that’s all I really have to say. Your app is amazing and really fun. I enjoy it a lot:) bye!

I tried getting in after closing the app and it said an error had occurred and my heart dropped. I thought for a second that I had been banned because I’ve seen reviews about being banned extremely quick and for no reason sometimes but it was just a glitch.
I reinstalled the app and successfully logged in which left me relieved, but please fix this. I don’t want to randomly have an error appear and have to re-download the app every single time this happens. also after logging back in, all of my canvases and palettes did not save, is it possible if you could save them inside your account?
By the way, can you please add a feature where you can reply to comments? That would be great.
Also, I saw somewhere how you cannot unblock after you block someone? We are all human and humans change their minds so that would be good to change so we can unblock.
