FOX13MemphisNews is ok but you get news reports flash on home screen then when you click to goto app to read about it there is nothing there . It might hours or days or never before info is posted. Also as someone said before they must have a 3rd grader writing the stories cause they are so poorly written . There is misspelling , poor grammar, and missing words. For example there is no Frayser as a road alone . But there are Blvd , street, circle and more. I mean really are you to lazy to include full names of the streets your reporting about. I love the news crew on tv and will keep watching them , but I’m deleting FOX13MemphisNews and going to see if other news apps at least have some kind of story with the notifications they send out .

When FOX13MemphisNews works it’s good however I usually end up watching other news. I am using my cell phone to watch but your app is awful. I’ll be wanting to watch Fox News I just can’t deal with the long waits and blank screens. Not my phone I have no problem with any of my other apps.

Constantly old news stories, next to no information in your stories, no follow up to the stories. Lack of proofreading

I had previously copied my Apple Card number from Wallet to make a purchase online. Later opened the fox 13 Memphis news app and was alerted by iOS 14 that fox 13 news pasted from the Wallet app which was my CC number without consent and without me selecting paste on a field. This is SPYING on my clipboard and very dishonest and disrespectful to my privacy. Why does a local Fox News app need access to something I’ve copy and pasted in secret? Should I be shocked? It’s Fox News....trumps go to for ego petting. Deleted permanently due to privacy concerns. And they think tiktok is a problem 👀😳

FOX13MemphisNews itself works for the most part, but it’s infuriating how badly written the stories are sometimes. I am deleting because a recent update introduced pop-up video ads making the level of annoyance too high to justify using.

When using FOX13MemphisNews , there are too many ads before the actual live news is accessed. People use FOX13MemphisNews for breaking news and updates but when they have to watch over 2 minutes of ads, they tend to go to another network’s site.

I installed FOX13MemphisNews to follow the severe weather updates from my “safe space” during a tornado warning, and had to wait through an ad for a diet center before the live coverage started. You might want to consider adding an exception for emergencies so video ads are skipped.

I enjoy catching the local news but fix the volume.
The volume is too low when the news is on until a commercial comes on and blows you out the door.
iPhone, iPad and Ruko all have the same issue.

FOX13MemphisNews could be really great if you all would fix the sound quality. Example: the reporting segments are really low. You have to put the volume on like 30+...but when you have the commercial breaks, you almost jump through the ceiling because they’re so LOUD! OMG! Loud commercial breaks. Low reporting segments

I love how they have more shows than the other affiliates because with my schedule and i cant always catch the 10pm news and they have FOX13 News at Nine and as well in the mornings, they have Good Morning Memphis until 10am. Their severe weather coverage is great as well when you are under a tornado warning they tell you everything you need to know about the approaching storm.

Gives you more information then the rest of the local Chanel’s the best in town on point

I enjoy the news updates throughout the day. Being a very busy person, I find FOX13MemphisNews very important. Thank your team very much for a job well done. Keep up the good work

Fox 13 Memphis is the best! Because it has the world news in the mix. I’m always waiting for it to come on.

Fox 13 is my evening family. It don’t get no better than this.

Channel is one of my sources of local news.

Channel 13 does an outstanding job of covering news stories.

Love the Fox 13 App, but I’d like to see two areas improved:
1. Eliminate Grammatical Errors
2. Stop publishing incomplete stories that are based on initial police reports.

I like your local tv news

I've emailed several times to try to generate feedback. Not even a reply from them. When I receive a notification of a news alert, it opens FOX13MemphisNews and then opens Safari. I don't want to read the breaking news in Safari, I want to read it in FOX13MemphisNews ! This should be a simple fix. I am an avid Fox News watcher, but FOX13MemphisNews is antiquated. Come on, fix it!

Old app was blah, this format could be nice but the scrolling dances.

Well apparently WHBQ Fox 13 likes this stupid rule that until you "Please rotate your device" you won't be able to see anything on their app. Don't waste your time dealing with them or it. Just DELETE it❗️

Deleted FOX13MemphisNews because too many times it redirects notifications to the website. If I want to read the website I'll go to the website. Please keep your app content directed to your app.

This was a good app until the last update. Now I can't figure out how to read the full stories anymore. I also can't stop the screen from moving to display the side menu. Please fix FOX13MemphisNews!

Ads worked perfectly during the tornado warning (1/11/20), but the actual newscast did not work. Glad to know that oral b toothbrushes are recommended by 4/5 dentists.

once again the live stream is crashing. the clorox ad crashes it.

This is the most useless app I have ever had. Anything I try to look at keeps closing with errors and telling me to GET FOX13MemphisNews . I got it already. Will delete and just go to the website. One star only because I HAD to.

FOX13MemphisNews itself is fine. It's the breaking news notifications that when you click on them you're sent to just a regular news page with a big ad displayed that annoy me. The stories are real. Fox 13 should point to the story or not say anything.

Wrong or misleading information is worse than no information. You're not beating the competition doing this. You're annoying your users.

Sends a lot of notifications and they might bother some. However, the content's value justifies the amount, in my opinion.
