I played this game through the first restaurant. It was a 5 star game, IMO. Maybe because I'm a huge fan of the delicious Emily franchise. Why the 1 star rating?
I can't play any further than the 1st restaurant! I've tried everything. I tried to purchase directly through the App Store. I tried to purchase in app. I clicked on "buy full version". It said loading from anywhere to 5-30 minutes and then nothing. I tried to just purchase the 2nd restaurant thinking maybe the full version button was a broken link. Nope. The same exact thing happened. Over and over.
Just as frustrating is the fact no one cares enough to solve this issue! I have contacted the developer repeatedly only to be ignored! I contacted Apple and got an email back. Basically, they gave me a link so I could troubleshoot and fix the problem myself. I'm not an idiot, I already clicked all possible links prior to contacting Apple & none worked! Trust me, if I could troubleshoot & fix this game myself, it would be awesome! Because if it were in my hands, it would already be done!
Ridiculous! PLEASE FIX! I've never felt like I had to chase someone down and beg them to let me give them $10 for the game so they can get paid!😤😡

So I downloaded this game, played a session, then bought the pass to get all the 100 levels. A few weeks later while playing bc I had no WiFi, then it said I had to either pay again, or WATCH AN AD THAT CAN’T LOAD UNTIL ANOTHER MINUTE! Please fix this app and get my levels back! Also, I was just going on level 23 and it happened, so in the middle of the game. Then I pressed level 20 because I already played it and it still says either buy or watch an ad! I love this game, I probably will change this rating if you let me play my game! Now I am having trouble sending the Review. LOAD ALREADY

i love everything about this game. the plot, the restaurants, the characters, all of it. in the second restaurant (Talon Lake), there is this one level, and when i tried it, i was like wow that’s hard to do, so i’ll just come back to it later. well, i’m really wanting to start the last restaurant, but i really want to buy this thing in my house that costs 3 gems. as you know, you can only get gems from completing the challenge aspect of a level, so i thought i’d just go back to that challenge level i never completed. it is level 13, and the challenge is serve 10 customers within a minute. I have tried this level to get this freaking gem at least 100 times. and you may be thinking why is this so hard for you? I DONT KNOW. but i cannot figure it out. pls respond
