I don’t understand why OoredooSuperApp crashes almost continually and demand updates frequently; and, not very long after the updates OoredooSuperApp crashes again. I am beginning to think the crushes are intentional rather than accidental, to confuse the customers at times of frequent policy changes, considering when this seemingly poor quality app comes from a very large international telecom company. There is no acceptable reason why a small size app like this crushes again and again.

My Ooredoo is terribly using up data on my mobile. It's over 6.3 Gb used up my data. OoredooSuperApp was once reportedly supposed to be applied with no data charge. I was watching my data reduced. It's simply a digital theft.

Because I got the data of 100GB before. In order to avoid expiration, I set the alarm clock for playing Don Don Don。Yesterday I bought and played Don Don Don 、won a reward, 200mb！but they deliberately did not record it, just to make all the data expired the next day. Customer service response is useless! They'll just tell you something useless. For example, （you didn't buy it! Or you didn't get a reward.) and so on. Anyway, ooredoo, you guys are really good at lying!

I use OoredooSuperApp for ooredoo VIP. But too many error messages that I got and after message, there is only white screen in Iphone7+.
Can you fix it?

OoredooSuperApp doesn’t log in using mobile data. The issues has not resolved for more than a year now.

Worst app ever… Even after purchased from Oomanji and Don Don can’t play easily. Bad application ever. Shouldn’t 1 star. Should be zero rating.
After top up , "your balance “ can’t count quickly.
Waiting more than 100 second.

App keeps crashing whenever I bring up the buy plans tab. Didn’t happen like that before. I can’t even choose to buy packages with ease and every time I have to login again. Please fix this issue ASAP.

All of my VIP points are gone.
Can't even click the VIP section in both Website account and application account.
I've tried your uninstalled/install again method.
All I can see in update version is just "Lucky Lantern" and the others service sections are not working prpperly.
Please try to fixed it asap

When i extend my don don data, always face with difficulties ( such as application errors, connection errors and so many errors). I can't always extend my data although i purchase tge don don. After purchasing, always appears black screen and out of the application. And then, i can never extend my bonus data.

Loads of bugs.... error loading, literally everything in there froze every time when opening other menu. Difficult to use.
