The Windows desktop app stopped working in the past few days, it claims there is no connection!
Sometimes, the app has a problem connecting to the internet and it freezes my phone at times. I have had to turn my phone off and on to get the crash or freeze to stop. I also get the black screen that others have commented on.

Message, not 'not copatible with your device'??? Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ , Android 12. When searching for app in Play Store on my Huawei P30 Pro phone, app not found. How do I get Vero app?????
I just tried to find someone whom I know is on VERO but all I got was a black screen
Cannot use vero on PC because "screen resolution too" -- but actually my screen resolution is more than sufficient for vero.
Keeps crashing. Just looking at my uploads/pics and then it stops working and the scrreen goes black. Problems displaying what I have uploaded too with no images showing and just titles.

I am trying to download Vero on my Samsung galaxy Tab S6 lite but it says my device is not compatible. How do I change that?

i get the message screen resolution is too low when trying to use the Windows app. My screen resolution is set to 4096 x 2160 so i would be amazed if this is true.
Vero is not connecting to my server.
Calls can be made to another vero user but does not call their phone but they then get a missed call message not numbers are Australian does this function work in beta?
