Like most Italian products, it’s a joke.
The machine picks and chooses when it wants to work. But it chooses not to work most days. Loading money on the app has turned out to be a waste. Save yourself the headache and some money and buy a frog machine.

Too many issues with this app and machine. Brand new machine too. It took $13 from me and did not even get me a coffee. Customer service refused to help. What a joke this company is
