They need a lot of improvement

I was following a fitness plan on Keep, and the plan magically disappeared when I half way through. I tried all the methods to recover my progress but failed; In addition to that, there are also some other flaws makes me think they don’t deserve the monthly subscription: Their connection with apple music was pretty bad; The course video would have problem to play occasionally; The counter and the video doesn’t match; Overall, they need to put more effort to design a better app.
Don’t like the new version

I was excited to update my App to the most recent version. However, it turns out that the design of the new version is so confusing and hard to find the functions. It’s also not as clean as before. It is so annoying that I cannot see my training schedule directly but have to tap several places to find it. I don’t like this version and hope you can improve it!
Cannot connect to the server

I tried to connect to the store and upgrade to the membership, but it kept telling me to refresh my internet connection. I also lost the chances to do the daily drawings. I’ve been trying on both my iPad and my iPhone, nothing is working properly.
I sent a feedback to them, it’s been couple days and no one has replied.
