This was an awesome app and purchased it sometime ago...I bought a new phone and I had to the “Restore Purchase”, so I selected the button and it just spins. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stick with Genius Scan if you ever plan on upgrading your phone in your lifetime. I was told to download the version that I previously downloaded 🤯 so that means when you buy MyScansPROpdfscannerapp, it won’t be updated from the one you purchased! I erased and redownloaded MyScansPROpdfscannerapp and nothing. Waste of time and money.

I’m having the very same problem as the original author of this complaint! After getting hooked on MyScansPROpdfscannerapp, it no longer works. “What’s going on, people? For a couple of years I’ve used MyScansPROpdfscannerapp without any problems. I have MyScans Pro! It has been awesome, saving me countless headaches! Then a couple of weeks ago, it quit loading. It will not load on my iPhone, and it will not load on my iPad Pro. I have access to my documents in the Cloud, accessible through the developer’s website for MyScansPROpdfscannerapp, but MyScansPROpdfscannerapp itself has become totally useless. Deleting and re-downloading does not help. And, yes, I automatically update all apps and os/ios software. Help!”

I’m trying to assemble a long series of images into a multi page pdf document. Nothing fancy. In half an hour I’ve gotten 5 images done because MyScansPROpdfscannerapp crashes every other image.
In the little amount of time I’ve used it I’ve noticed a couple of other irritating things.
First, when I bring an image in from storage MyScansPROpdfscannerapp tries to guess at what I want to outline as my document. It always chooses the lower third or so of the image but fortunately there is a button for selecting the entire image. It would be nice if it allowed you to select a range of the criteria it uses to determine the automatic boundary sensitivity as well as whether it does a select all or automatic selection.
Secondly, the image editing and correction tools are far inferior to the ones Apple includes in the Photos app. To me, the idea is to build upon the capabilities that come free in an Apple feature or app not to go backwards in capability.
At this point I’m hoping the developers both have done a better job with MyScansPROpdfscannerapp in areas I haven’t tried yet and intend to do their job that we paid a chunk of change for and not sit back and count the profits for only barely keeping the aging app running.

MyScansPROpdfscannerapp is great for scan and sharing file, but I have problem in purchasing because you can be duplicated in charging. As in app purchasing can lead you to Upgrate to pro version but the Pro version on Appstore cannot be linked together at the moment.
Also it will send you 1 month free for Top App cloud registration but NO unsubscribe available or it is very hard to find, I am still in problem

Ever since the iOS updated to 11.2 MyScansPROpdfscannerapp is crashing!! Repeatedly crashing. Support link only goes to a download page. No option to leave comments or ask questions. Please fix the crashing soon!!
I’ve been using MyScansPROpdfscannerapp for several months and find it wonderfully useful.
The crashing is annoying!

First I want to thank the team to create this good app.
And I think the only thing that it need is ...
When you want to import pictures from your library you can do it one by one.
It need to be like select more than one and import them at once.
Plz do something with this.

This scanning app is awesome as well as easy. It meets my needs as small as they may be. So nice to be able to shoot a PDF over to someone without having to get on the laptop.

So easy to use! I never have to run to my printer/scanner. I can scan and save anywhere I have my phone. (Portability). I love that I have the option to send as a picture or pdf.

I am a novice at scanning documents. Decided to try MyScansPROpdfscannerapp and couldn't believe how easy it is to use and the quality of scans can't be beat.
Will be looking for other apps from the same vendor

Hard to organize because it filed up and hard to search

I was looking for an easy to use quality scanning app and this one beat them all for me. Works well with my e-mail service and other apps that view the scans on. I would recommend it to a friend...

I've used MyScansPROpdfscannerapp so many times - amazingly useful for scanning and handling documents. Don't need a physical scanner or fax machine - it does it all, with a great interface and useful features. Very recommended!

I absolutely love MyScansPROpdfscannerapp for construction homebuilding that I do. As soon as I get a receipt, I email it directly to my bookkeeper. She loves it because it’s a black-and-white that she can print easily and not use a bunch of ink. Amazing app. love it total game changer.

I have been using MyScansPROpdfscannerapp to scan documents for the last 7-8 years. During my dad’s final years I was in charge of his bills and also had to scan them to be paid by a firm that hand his irrevocable trust that paid his bills for us. I used MyScansPROpdfscannerapp for lawyer’s forms and for my bills as well. MyScansPROpdfscannerapp was a godsend! It’s so easy to use! I highly recommend it!

I absolutely L❤️VE everything I'm able to do with My Scans! I don't know what I would do without it!? It makes life easier, and my desk clean by scanning all my documents and having them at my finger tips in seconds. I'm very happy with MyScansPROpdfscannerapp, and would recommend it to anyone.👍🏼

I have found MyScansPROpdfscannerapp to be exceptional! I use it nearly everyday for many jobs that would have been a real pain to do. It is easy and reliable. I have tried MANY. Other scanning apps, none work as well as this one. MyScansPROpdfscannerapp has simplified my life!

This is a great app and I use it frequently. However, I have run into a major problem. I recently got a new phone. MyScansPROpdfscannerapp was transferred but my documents were not. Is there a person who can tell me how to do this or direct me to where to find this information? PLEASE HELP

Literally the most useful app I’ve ever owned. Works very well.

Update: still the most easy to use interface of any app I have ever had. Just selecting the edges of things and having the PIP view show up so clearly and within obvious view. That alone gives out 10 out of 5 stars. It’s an app that figured out consumer convenience.

MyScansPROpdfscannerapp is great when it works properly! I pay to send faxes which is cheaper than if I were to go to a copy store to use fax but sometimes it doesn’t recognize my purchase! When I want to send faxes on the fly, this is not reliable. Not to mention the money I lose out on when I make a purchase through MyScansPROpdfscannerapp ..2 stars for now

Too easy
Works great every time.
Saves you in a pinch. If you take time to line up the device first almost can't tell it was a phone.
