MORECASTWeatherApp is promoted as a travel planning app but you can only get the weather for the present day. Also, when I initially set my first favorite location, I couldn’t choose it because the search bar was covering it. I had to choose a random location then use another setting option to add mine, then go back and delete the random choice.

I was hoping after an update 2 months ago that the reviews I was reading about MORECASTWeatherApp constantly crashing were a thing of the past. I downloaded MORECASTWeatherApp about 10 minutes ago so I could check the weather for a road trip later this week from CO to NV. Imagine my disappointment when getting to the route section of MORECASTWeatherApp, typing “Gre-“, aaaand then MORECASTWeatherApp crashes… Let me fresh, try again, aaaand another crash… Uninstall. Useless (unusable) app and hope it’s fixed at some point.

I got this so I could plan my work travel around the weather. I can’t even open the navigation module as it shuts the whole thing down. Over and over and over. Not worth the time it took to download

I visited the website to get a route forecast and decided to try MORECASTWeatherApp so I could see the same info on my phone along my route. Unfortunately I couldn't even get that screen to load in MORECASTWeatherApp , as MORECASTWeatherApp crashed multiple times.

Update: A year later, MORECASTWeatherApp continues to crash constantly. What bugs are you fixing?

For me, the whole point of MORECASTWeatherApp is to track weather along my travel route. It crashes on the waypoint screen. Saving grace: The website works in Safari.

I found MORECASTWeatherApp looking for a weather travel planner. I liked the website and had high hopes for the advertised app. It loaded fast and looked pretty good as a weather app, but once I tried to explore the travel feature MORECASTWeatherApp kept crashing and never re-opened....needs to be updated!

I used this online and it worked great. A little slow but was awesome. It allowed me to hook my trip and it told me every step of the way in my journey what the weather would be like. I figured I’d download MORECASTWeatherApp version and maybe it would run faster. So I did.
Every time I open it and out in an address it close MORECASTWeatherApp completely. If it continues to happen, MORECASTWeatherApp is useless. If I could give less than one star, I would!

I downloaded it so I could see weather along a travel route. It crashes as soon as you enter locations and does not allow to create a longer travel route. Disappointed in MORECASTWeatherApp . The website offered more.

I downloaded MORECASTWeatherApp to get weather forecast on my trips or along the route. To getting this option is like solving a puzzle. Then, if setting up trip starting and end is possible only if app is continue to work. Every time aap is getting crashed, re launch MORECASTWeatherApp , struggle to get options and app crashes.....it might work for others, but on iPhone SE2 it is not working

Can’t see the buttons you need on the screen on the iPhone 11 Pro Max - app needs to be updated! Also hard to find the navigate option in MORECASTWeatherApp to see weather along your route.

Love the web version of MORECASTWeatherApp. Great for trip planning. Very stable. However, MORECASTWeatherApp is very crash-prone. Keeping it installed in hopes of future improvements.

There are so many cool features. But the main reason I downloaded was to be able to track weather along my route… every time I try to use Navigation MORECASTWeatherApp crashes. Would be a 5 star if it worked like the website.

Each time I try to use MORECASTWeatherApp it crashes. And it’s cumbersome to use. I wish the developer would re-map MORECASTWeatherApp (logically) and program it with the user in mind. Maybe simplify it for all user-levels. Think how Apple creates products. KISS…

So sad I have to delete it… again. I’ll check again next year.

MORECASTWeatherApp has so many cool and unique features that would be super helpful, especially as someone who travels by car through the mountains quite often and needs to navigate weather ahead of time. It’s too bad it glitches out every time I try to use any of these features!! It’s in need of a LOT of bug fixes! And the screen gets crowded by ads! So frustrating!!!!!!

Has all of the weather info that is needed for daily use. Radar images are clear and crisp. One improvement would be for more zooming in on the radar. Other than that, a very nice weather app.

Latest Update

Something happened with the latest update. It starts looping through the weather information for the current day and keeps doing this until MORECASTWeatherApp freezes. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

Used app for couple of years, love the Navigate option to see weather along route. Recent phone upgrade (13) this option no longer works without crashing app, otherwise would rate at 5 stars.

This is my favorite weather app. I especially like the option of looking ahead 14 days. Lately, that option has been freezing up on me. I was hoping this latest update would have resolved the problem. Unfortunately, it’s still buggy!

I downloaded MORECASTWeatherApp on a trip. I was trapped in a big pouring storm during the trip, while the destination less than one hour drive away are totally fine. I then referred to MORECASTWeatherApp which gives a precise preview of the weather conditions along the trip in real-time. Also MORECASTWeatherApp has enabled tabulated and graphical visualization of multiple weather variables matters in one’s daily routines. Strongly recommend it to everyone, you will find it very handy!

I live in the state of Washington where it rains a lot. I love that you can see how much rain you are going to be receiving within and hour. MORECASTWeatherApp has saved many a weekend hike because instead of seeing the forecast that says a 100 percent chance of rain on Saturday you can see that it will be less than 0.02 inches for just one hour.

I downloaded MORECASTWeatherApp for the feature of looking at weather along your driving route. Same does not work at all. Very sad. Very sad indeed.

I’ve used MORECASTWeatherApp for 6 1/2 years.
In the last 18 months it’s gone from my favorite most used weather app to my most frustrating weather app.

Basically, Now it’s just LessCast,

or
CrashCast,
UselessCast,
NoCast,
ZilchCast,
ZeroCast,
CrapCast,
& of course...

now it’s, DeletedAppCast.

Thanks for the total letdown!

Update, or are you out of doing anything with MORECASTWeatherApp? Needs major overhaul, slow, dark, inaccurate, can’t sign up unless Facebook or Twitter ( not everyone does those). Just wondering..!!??

Since one week, update 3.9.5, MORECASTWeatherApp is useless.
The screen is constantly flickering and it’s impossible to read anything. Before that it used to be my favorite weather app.

Weather temps for the day are waaay off and way below other apps and weathermen and below what the day ends up being. That makes MORECASTWeatherApp unreliable.

Great weather app, I love weather graphs, they're easy to read and you get a quick heads up of what's the sky going to look like in the following days.

A couple of things I would like to happen, to be even more pleasant to navigate MORECASTWeatherApp.

The wind speed MUST be rounded, every single wind mileage is a decimal number. Too many decimals make you dizzy and besides, those digits after the period does not really matter too much: the front yard of my house is windier than the backyard; I move a few feet up the street where is windier than down the street. I think just rounding the numbers would be more than enough and less confusing.

Also, in the 24hrs and 3day graph forecast, the hours are shown with the :00's. Instead of 1:00am, 2:00am, or 3:00pm, etc, I would like to see only 1am, 2am, 3pm, etc., or even 1a for 1am or 2a for 2am or 3p for 3pm. There are wayyy too many 0's. if you cut them down, you can create more space, less clutter.

And least, the widget: there is a bug, sometimes when it's midday the widget shows moon icons on the hourly forecast, other times it shows sun icons at night.

Please take my advice in to your account!
