My Opus One app won’t open. It is stuck on the Master Task page. I can’t get into settings to download from the cloud. I had deleted and reinstalled the app on both devices. Still doesn’t work. I’ve no schedule or data on either iPhone or iPad. If it’s not working tomorrow I’ll have to cancel my subscription

This is just really a bummer... I have to literally choose one or the other and that feels like a monopoly to me. I don’t think, apps should discriminate on which products you use. It’s really unfortunate, your basically saying buy iOS products or don’t use our apps. That’s just not how life is, we’re human diverse and use many different products so I find that as a major red flag that it’s only on Mac... the website is so shady, it still has go daddy on it. No seo, work this is a shell company and should be investigated. The sad part is a lot of research went into creating this app which makes me think this in fact a shell company. I’m so tired of great apps coming with companies that super shady and with all the missing people these days we reslly need to be careful which apps are shell companies or just not really ran well companies. That means, if your going to put and transfer your life to a planner it needs to be from a reliable source. Reliable company, and website.

I tried this app years ago when it first came out. Thought they worked out the bugs when syncing—but they haven’t. The program doesn’t synch with my other devices which makes it practically in useable. I spend more time trying to synch my devices than I do planning my day. I’ll plan my day on my iPad and open my phone, but nothing I planned is on it. And I’m paying a monthly fee to use a program that doesn’t work and now I’m not planning my day and my productivity is dropping off not getting better. Until they work this out I can’t use it any more.

I caution anyone on buying this app. They developed a previous app. After paying for the pro version they abandoned that app by no longer providing updates then created this one. The previous planner worked great and they abandoned it because it was a one price deal. Now they create this subscription app and killed the other so it no longer works anymore so all you data is lost and you have no way to get it back unless you downgrade your device. I had been waiting for them to update the app only to search and find this one. Disgusting behavior on Piso13 part
