I ordered 7 books (spending over $500) thru this app. In the beginning I was pleased. The process was easy, things shipped timely. 5 of the 7 books printed correctly and good quality. HOWEVER, 2 of my books had the covers swapped, therefore the pictures in the book were not for the person intended on the cover. I emailed (as there is NO other way to contact any support for this app) customer service ASAP, the day I got the first misprinted book. Two days later I got an email asking me to send pics of the book (to prove it was incorrect) and it would be looked into. I did so quickly. That’s the last I have heard from anyone, and now can not get a reply email. I have emailed numerous times to no avail. Given there’s no human to call, all I can assume is I’m out $160 and Christmas presents for my Mom and Dad. I will NOT be ordering thru this app again, and will be passing along to friends and family my experience to discourage their use as well. I had actually recommended the app to my sister in the beginning. I am perplexed how a mistake made on their part, that could be easily fixed has been dismissed. Customer service says a lot about a company. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Yes your app and chat live is horrible. I tried deleting a picture from your website and it wouldn't do it. But also your website says that your order is on hold fr an hour to make changes. That is not true. My order was put in within 5 mins so I couldn't make any changes to my order at all. This was very disappointing because I wanted to remove number 5 picture which is a knecklace from the all the pictures and I couldn't. And your chat lady couldn't help me either. So I would like to have a discount toward my order please. Since your website screwed up on my first order with your company please. My order has already been processed. Thanks!!!

I really do love this app. But I got disappointed with my 2nd order. I paid for expedited shipping because I wanted to give this to my parents (who are visiting from another country) as a Christmas gift. I had to get my order in before Jan 10th. On Jan 9th, I messaged them asking where my order was and they replied the next day that there was an issue on their end so it won’t be arriving on time and did not even apologize or give me a refund for my expedited shipping. I had to ask for it and again, did not apologize for the inconvenience that they caused me. I get that it’s the holidays, but they could’ve let me know it wasn’t going to be here on time, or better yet, don’t put an “expedited shipping” option if they cannot deliver it on time. So disappointing. I really loved this app so much but this just destroyed it for me.
