I played this game for over a year and cannot believe how much real money was needed to advance in game. Worse were the “mean” girls! Hey, I am over 50 years old and had no idea how grown women could behave so horribly playing a stupid online game. Absolutely unreal. I wish I had screen shots to share how these women speak to their team/coop members who are not within the top 5 performers.

This is a terrible game. You will need certain produce and farming items to advance in game and other players can place these items in market. Sadly, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to purchase needed items because coops have ability to chat with members and plan sell/buys.

There are so many other “team” type games out there that are fun competition that will not require constant $$$$ without all of the mean drama.

Every time the game loads, I get about 5-10 seconds playtime before I get kicked out and have to reload the game. It isn’t saving my activity either; so every reload, I’m back where I started. If I attempt to visit the Market or my team members to revive their items, it shuts down, kicking me out of them game. This has been going on for months and months now...no change. If anything, it gets worse. I do not have this problem on any other app. I do have some connectivity issues from the tower or satellite to my WiFi; but as I said, this is the only game app I have a problem with loading and playing. I’ve given up on it. I can’t even message my team players to let them know why I haven’t been chatting or joining in the events. I’m sure they will soon assume I’ve quit with no explanation, and boot me off my team.

I downloaded this game for a fun little “brain break” game when studying for finals and it has been a fun little distraction—it reminds me of Cafe World but with a FarmVille twist. That being said, it is really hard to expand your land or get rid of dead trees or upgrade your pantry fridge and things of that nature unless you’re willing to pay money for extra jewels. I understand that there need to be paid features for the app to be able to to keep running BUT there will always be people willing to drop $10 bucks on extra jewels and the majority of us who can’t or won’t shouldn’t be essentially barred from any real progress for not being willing to drop $10-$20 a week. There are ways to earn the jewels but it’s a very slow process with minimal reward. If the app makers made it so progress in the game was easier without putting a bunch of money into the app, I would up this to at least 4 Star but at this point, I’m considering deleting the app because I may be hitting a wall where I’m at right now without having to buy my progress. Oh, and I almost forgot! At least once a day, if not a few times a day, I’ll grow food in my garden and it won’t show up in my pantry when I harvest it. It just disappears, which is super frustrating. Especially for the food that takes longer to grown and especially if you have a dish you’re waiting to make but needed that now missing ingredient...
