I log on to Facebook and I'm going to see my characters until I see that of the characters I made over the years from YOUR app was deleted because of the update you made or some hacked me!! If it's because of your updates then it's your fault that my work in this app was deleted!!! I have been using this app since High School and this is what I get for supporting!!! This is unfair and don't worry. I still have the game. However if another update you make deletes all my characters or some, I'm gonna uninstall!! This is unfair and this needs to be fixed for any other players that suffer the same thing!!

This morning I purchased 38 characters and a few hours after I purchased them they have all been erased. I purchased coins and they never came through, after that was fixed I started purchasing characters and they kept disappearing. When I noticed the first time I contacted the developers and still about a year later I am still having the same issue with no solution and I have still not been contacted back with a resolution. Who do I need to contact to get this handled?

This is a really funny with a lot of potential! It’s a great way to make your own characters and get some OC inspiration. You can connect with others who use the app, but it’s pretty limited. One thing I would suggest adding is private messaging and adding group options. Like you could join a group of people who have the same interests or who you just want to connect more with. Also it’s a bit slow and takes a bit to load anything. One thing this does really well is you can do things without spending any money. Yes there are in app purchases but they’re not necessary in order to have fun with this.
