Like it seriously is so suspect because every time I’m in the middle of like a win or something it just automatically says oh we can’t verify your location like what bro it’s so suspect it’s not even funny like you’re so right about how when you have a winner something it just kicks you out then it pisses me off to no end like it’s like they have a thing going like once you start winning bang you can’t find your location like what bro seriously don’t waste your time with GeoGuardLocationValidator and spending money on the casinos that need it because I don’t understand why sugarhouse doesn’t have an app for Pennsylvania but they have one for Jersey and every other casino in PA has their own app where they don’t require this at all and none of this usually happens sometimes but not every five seconds like GeoGuardLocationValidator

This location validator is the WORST app/program EVER. I didn’t want to give it one star. Bet Rivers online casino uses this and I cannot tell you how much money I’ve lost while playing. GeoGuardLocationValidator kicks you out of the casino because ‘it cannot locate you within the boundaries of state’ IN THE MIDDLE OF A SPIN. When you validate your location, the slot doesn’t pick up from where it closed. I have lost so much money while playing. It’s ridiculous. FIX THIS CRAP APP.

It’s getting frustrating the the other review. There is a disconnect between website requiring it and GeoGuardLocationValidator . I’ve tried it on my phone, iPad, MacBook, hp laptop. I’ve installed the deleted GeoGuardLocationValidator numerous times on every device to get it to work. I hope it is resolved since big casinos require this and it isn’t functioning properly between the two

this is the biggest scheme online casinos have going for them in order to give themselves a house edge. its more then obvious they know how dysfunctional GeoGuardLocationValidator is but they continue to use it knowing its going to drop connection constantly and restart the progress of your game. complete scums. this situation should be an actual crime. no matter what u do if u rely on GeoGuardLocationValidator for a gambling site that money u spent is 100% GONE.

Our local tribal casino requires GeoGuardLocationValidator in order to play online. The casino’s website and GeoGuardLocationValidator continuously cycled through finding my location and then 3 seconds later it can’t find my location.

Then FINALLY the deposit was successful but when I went to play, GeoGuardLocationValidator says it can’t locate me. So now it has my money but I can’t even play.

Absolute waste.

GeoGuardLocationValidator is terrible for sports betting. GeoGuardLocationValidator constantly is making me restart GeoGuardLocationValidator to verify location. It is slow and a pain to use. So much pop up notifications that I decided to not use the sportsbook app associated with them. Together you will never be more annoyed than using any sportsbook using GeoGuardLocationValidator. Use larger sportsbook apps with there own location services.

GeoGuardLocationValidator is terrible. I downloaded it for dcilottery. I put $50 on my account and I have not been able to use it or get a refund. This should not have been released until it was fixed and working. Don’t add money until you are confident that you can can actually play online. They took $50’from me and after several calls, emails and chats there is no resolution.

I am seeing many reviews saying GeoGuardLocationValidator is horrible and the developers post back asking for all of this information. But if people are continuing to have issues and constantly writing posts about it then what exactly are you doing to solve the problem. I can’t ever get on to sugar house . When i finally do for a couple minutes i get kicked out again. It’s really annoying.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this is ridiculous! I’m constantly getting kicked out of every app/game I get into. Plus it tells me that I’m not in my state???? I haven’t moved from my spot since 10 minutes ago when it tells me that I’m not in the right state. I mean come on. Something seriously needs done here

I’ve been trying for months when I talk to casino they say I can tell your in Philadelphia but geolocator doesn’t know I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again tried different browser and clearing cookies , and still a month later and it still won’t let me play ! This is ridiculous what a waste of time.

Seriously if I could I would rate it that way. Get about 5 mins of play and geolocation fails and kicks me out. Too frustrating!! I review almost everything and this is the first time I rated 0stars. I can’t believe a casino would even put their reputation on the line with GeoGuardLocationValidator. And they do nothing about it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else that uses your location through your phone. SugarHouse could care less too.

Been using GeoGuardLocationValidator for BetRivers for over a year. Experience was never pleasant and always seemed like more work and error codes then needed.

However fast forward to NFL 2021 season it just plain won’t work. I have the same issues as other reviewers where GeoGuardLocationValidator is open and tracking my location but BetRivers doesn’t recognize the GeoGaurd app being open

Please fix GeoGuardLocationValidator or BetRivers please move on and find a new location App

I have been trying to play my numbers for over 3 months and every time I try to pay GeoGuard block me and it took my money but I can not play. And now it has my money. I have called both places and still nothing . And my money is gone to the Ilottery games it is the worst app I have ever seen they need to come up with a better way to play in Washington DC . I have tried every device desktop chomebook IPhone and Ipad none work. So what is wrong with this picture.

GeoGuardLocationValidator is so bad. Just look at the other reviews. I play online at Ocean AC. I like to play their bonuses they give me. I’ve given up. Literally every 60-90 seconds I get kicked off, have to close it out, log back in, and load the game again. It takes everything I have not to throw my phone and smash it. I move around thinking I’m just in a bad spot but to no avail. At a minimum this makes for a bad experience. There’s plenty of other sites out there that work better.

I agree with many others. This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever used. It will only locate your location within itself, GeoGuardLocationValidator itself, but will never ever work when trying to use a site, like BetRiver casino.
Simply won’t launch, claims it isn’t active, yet you go to GeoGuardLocationValidator and it is. Disgusting frustrating waste of time. Makes me wonder what the ‘real’ purpose of GeoGuardLocationValidator is?! Quite suspicious that an app has such terrible reviews and ratings, and they’ve done nothing to fix it.

I am forced to use GeoGuardLocationValidator on bet rivers and let me tell you it’s the worst experience I ever had. Every 15 seconds it locates you. Pop up after pop up. You cannot hide these pop ups because GeoGuardLocationValidator won’t work. It only works on mobile and not WiFi. There’s times it does but most of the time it does not. I also noticed once you have a big win GeoGuardLocationValidator starts doing it more and the wins stop. If you are gambling on a site that uses GeoGuardLocationValidator do yourself a favor save your money and don’t gamble on that site.

So I managed after great difficulty to deposit some funds several weeks ago but then couldn’t play. NowI am instructed to uninstall and reinstall this application. It doesn’t work. It seems to know my location but doesn’t seem to be communicating with the website. Now I’ve wasted another hour trying to get my browser to work my Chromebook to work my iPhone to work. Nothing works.

I’ve tried this a few times over the last six months it never works I’ve installed uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have been trying to use GeoGuardLocationValidator for over 2 years with required sports betting apps- it is the WORST. I have downloaded and reinstalled multiple multiple times and it is hit and miss if it works.- Usually MISS. I get the same messages- cant find you in a state although when i do the ‘test’ it IDs me exactly when I am- but yet on the sports app it wants me to reinstall it or says i am outside of a state. It does this on iphone, MAC, and pc. Does it with safari and chrome and edge. Talked to tech support so many times with both sportsbook people i know some of them by first name- GeoGuardLocationValidator is a total waste and DOES NOT WORK WELL AT ALL. Save your self frustration and dont bother trying to use it.

You need to enable the phones location thru GeoGuardLocationValidator . Especially If you’re using it for a Sportsbook. Then make sure its up and running in the background before you login. Just don’t forget to close that app when your done for the day. Good luck 🤟🏼

The casino I (try to) play at makes me use GeoGuardLocationValidator to determine if I’m within state lines. However, GeoGuardLocationValidator makes it impossible to play at the casino via mobile.

GeoGuardLocationValidator literally pops up every five seconds. When it happens, you have to leave to website your on, go through a prompt that takes you to GeoGuardLocationValidator Store, then you have to open GeoGuardLocationValidator (even though it’s already open), close it and return to the original webpage and wait 30-60 seconds for the website to function again.

Then, you go through the same process every 5-15 seconds. Why can’t GeoGuardLocationValidator run in the background? Why does GeoGuardLocationValidator have to continuously run when I’m at least 2 hours away from being able leaving the state. Do these developers really think I can travel 100+ miles in 5 seconds?

I’m with phillybushman, this ap is absolutely pathetic. All it does is spin you in circles, never connecting. I can’t believe there isn’t a better alternative out there than geo guard for the casinos to partner with. There are apps out there that can track everything from flights to where ur dog is, but this ap can’t even load properly, let alone track that I’m physically in the state of Iowa trying to place a bet. Infuriating is an understatement!! Of my 20 plus friends that are betting through this crap Ap, we are all having this same issue. Only thing left to do is go down to Hard Rock and get my money out of this on line betting Ap that never works!!

If you’ve ever been to the French Lick Resort Casino, you know everything is top notch and their expectations are always to be the very best. So I’m perplexed as to why they would associate themselves with a company that has aligned themselves with an app that is as atrocious as this one. I can log on MAYBE every tenth time, and some days I just give up altogether. I can’t count the number of bets I’ve missed because I can’t log on. GeoGuardLocationValidator should be trashed and French Lick should develop their own app for online gaming or align themselves with a new company. VERY disappointed with GeoGuardLocationValidator.

I had GeoGuardLocationValidator working . And then one day it just stoped working. I deleted it to try and redone load it to play sugarhouse online. But now GeoGuardLocationValidator will not even load on to my phone. Guess sugarhouse in Phila will be finding a new location service really soon. Players playing 200k-600k a year on there site can’t even play because GeoGuardLocationValidator just won’t work properly..... I actually started playing on Unibet because I could no longer validate my location on my WiFi in my own living room 90 miles from the nearest state line. Oh well.

Its so unfortunate that online betting through casinos requires you use GeoGuardLocationValidator cuz it is garbage. GeoGuardLocationValidator pops up relentlessly and when i finally get the speed of god through my fingers and place a bet it never goes through because this garbage app can’t decide if I’m in Iowa or not. God forbid i live 10 minutes from Nebraska. The fact that on Snapchat I came swipe up and see where my friends are on a map but this “locator” app can’t do it is a complete joke. I hope once more states allow betting GeoGuardLocationValidator gets dumped in favor of a better alternative.

This is the first review I have ever left on an app. That should tell you just how horrific this application it is. As far as I can tell, the only way to actually get it to work is to delete and re-download it each time you are attempting to log in. The Execs of Geocomply must be incredibly well connected because this simply does not work. I hope their gaming partners find a new geolocation service provider (this shouldn’t be hard) because botching the rollout of legal sports gambling this bad definitely doesn’t inspire second chances.

I wonder if the casinos know how much money they are losing because of GeoGuardLocationValidator. It doesn’t work. Reloads every 5-10 seconds and can never verify you’re location. Uninstalled reinstalled. Restarted phone, browser, everything but still can’t place any bets. Awful. Costing me money I would have made on winning bets and costing the casinos money they would be making on losing bets. I will definitely be letting the casino know my dissatisfaction with GeoGuardLocationValidator and recommend they look into using a different company.

GeoGuardLocationValidator is absolutely worthless. No idea why Bet river casinos would opt to use them for geolocation. It never works and unlike other app you have to have it on all the time. It’s a shame I started using other online sports apps because it can never find the location. Emailed them and no help at all. Please SugarHouse if you read this, I’m sure I’m not the only player who are going elsewhere to bet because of their useless geolocation for iPhone. Please please rethink how you should do your geolocation services.

Just as Phillybushman said in his review, your app is horrible. I will not access Sugarhouse Casino Philly from my phone anymore because your validation app is so unreliable. I too had it crash the site in the middle of playing online.

Your app cost Sugarhouse a customer. I still bet when infront is my PC but there is lots of missed opportunity primarily due to the unreliability of your app.

Do better or don’t do it at all!

Update: I came back to your app to try it again and I still get logged out and told I can’t be geolocated in PA...while I’m in my living room...in...get this...PA. What have you done since I wrote this review in November? It’s now January 30th!!!

I have been logging into Poker Stars, they seem to have been able to figure this out!!!

Can not properly locate and you get kicked off or not allowed on constantly GeoGuardLocationValidator is total garbage I figured after all the one star ratings and complaints the casino would pull their contract with these folks they literally must be losing thousands an hour bc of this piece of garbage that can not locate you and even when it does it doesn’t last for long before it suddenly can’t locate you when you have been in the same spot this is pathetic

It kept telling me it couldn’t locate me in Philly and im in the heart of philly. It would say it located me so go back to my browser and bet and when i did and won a couple of dollars it would say I can’t be located and knock me off and I have to go back to open up the geo location app again. This happened to me at least 12 times. I felt like every time I got a little hot this happened and when I got back on it was cold. I felt like I was being scammed, sorry but I did!

GeoGuardLocationValidator should be off GeoGuardLocationValidator store. I have to try open close open close kill open kill open GeoGuardLocationValidator at least 7 times every time I need to make a bet at Sugarhouse sportbook. Very frustrating, if there is a second choice I would dump this stupid app in a heart beat. The casinos also lose a lot of customers due to GeoGuardLocationValidator, because the bettors were frustrated so they chose the old fashion betting way- with a local bookie

This geo location app is horrible it kicks me out in the middle of placing bets and I have to literally try 10 times logging in and the finally it works..Tonight i have been trying for 20 minutes to login at my house and yes I have internet and cell service and I am in Pa. But can’t login and if you try to talk to someone you have a better chance of seeing Jesus drive into your driveway on a shetland pony.. Someone please help these people with the technology..

I’m done with GeoGuardLocationValidator and Rivers Casino online sports betting. I can only successfully be geolocation on Rivers about 40% of the time. After closing my browser, logging back on ten times, it probably consumed 20% of my battery. I’m going to try a different online sports betting app that uses WiFi around you to locate you without additional applications running in the back round. My wife has the same problem. So irritating.

I use GeoGuardLocationValidator for Pennsylvania Casinos and it’s ALWAYS a struggle. The average amount of tries it takes for GeoGuard to find me is about 8 times. It’s just a constant back and forth of opening GeoGuard , going to the casino site, that site saying that I’m not “here” , then back and forth. Come on BetRivers, dump this garbage app and get something decent.
