I had this app for YEARS. Even was a widget on my phone. But I’ve already deleted it now. I’m done. Asking ridiculous amounts of money for just some pictures, as if you can’t find a nice picture off the internet for free. Really? I was already a little annoyed by the increasing amount of ads that would stop my music but after scrolling for awhile and not finding a single one I liked or could download I just had to finally delete. Oh and I used to actually have a premium membership years ago. What happened to that? Gone with the update. 👎🏻 welp I’m done. Don’t bother with this, not worth it. These developers must think their pictures are actually worth a lot of money. 🙄 I might pay... something (still way less you’re asking) if you had some kind of amazing 3D pictures or super hi definition or something that would actually look good on my phone.... but lately I find better pictures just by googling whatever I want. I mean, it’s just wallpaper. Not some priceless original art!

I have never been so betrayed by an app before. With every update the convoluted money schemes get worse, the tricks and frustration pile up, and now this last update takes the cake. If you’re able to download the background you want, it’s an absolute miracle! Now they want you to pay - get this - FIVE DOLLARS A WEEK! I put up with all the other insane traps that you kept adding, the persistent numerous ads, and even the ridiculous video lock dubbed “secret” wallpapers, not to mention the horrible crashes and lag, but the fact that I can only download maybe one or two backgrounds IF I’M LUCKY and the majority is now locked behind a five dollar A WEEK subscription- I’m done! That’s way too far and I’m tired of fighting all these tricks and traps just to get some decent images. And the thing is I used to enjoy this app - it’s a sad and terrible thing you’ve done to it. I’m uninstalling because it’s now a waste of space. Thanks for ruining it!

There I was, trying to browse through wallpapers. I expected SOME ads. The second or third picture I swiped to was blurred out and required me to watch an ad, but the 10 seconds of waiting wasn’t too bad if you click the tiny “x” in the corner. Then I swipe through a couple more pics. Oooh, this one looks good. Nope — this one was waiting for me to click the save button then wants me to watch a 45 second, un-skippable ad. After watching the 45 second ad the app instantly redirected to the App Store for the advertised content. I click the “back to Everpix” button in the top left corner to get back to downloading the wallpaper. Surely, it will let me save that picture now... right?.... RIGHT?!?! Nope again, because upon returning to Everpix I was instantly greeted with another 45 second in-skippable ad. I wouldn’t pay a dime to these developers after that experience.
