Eventually the game gets sick and tired of playing the same level over and over with the sudden 5 memories that don’t match anything on the screen in a row and you beat the level. Screw up once and you may as well start over as you will run out of balls fixing it. Win two extra memories on the spinner and you just lost a life: YOU NEVER EVER WIN A LEVEL WITH THAT REWARD! The game “Cheats” after constantly giving you garbage colors will change the remaining displayed memories in the chooser to say the last remaining color on the screen: yeah it knows what you need and greedy pay me often design won’t let you have it. Game decided if you can win or not before you even start the level. Difference between killing time and wasting my time. I have yet to see a level that’s fun to replay in over 500.

My nephew and I love playing this game. He usually does a great job of stealing all the power ups I’ve accumulated and I toil away (on his behalf of course) to earn more. We’ve noticed the problems since the July 4th update. Some emotions don’t work at all (fear) and balls bounce every which way but where you shot them when they hit certain targets. Sometimes you’re unable to even aim/shoot but you can still switch balls, so the entire game isn’t frozen. Skill shots refuse to disappear. The screen won’t automatically move up to show you the rest of the targets. Most of the problems force you to restart and lose a life (plus whatever special power you may have activated).
Glitches are understandable. But so many in one update?? Did they bother testing it before they pushed it? And the fact that I’ve seen so many negative reviews and not a single response from the developer is pretty frustrating. They’ve had to notice by now.

At first the Inside Out thought bubble was a great game to pass time. But then the game started malfunctioning. I tried contacting customer service go assisted no help simply turn on and off your phone, check settings, and etc... I was told to reinstall my game lost all my progress. Didn’t mind at first but when I got to the same level 635 I believe Fear orbs wouldn’t work. Once again I reinstalled the game now I can’t go beyond level 203 because Fears orb doesn’t work. And customer service is no help and I quote “Thank you for reaching out about this. Please note that Inside Out Thought Bubbles is no longer a live title and is considered to be in Maintenance Mode, which means that we do not plan to release any further updates or fixes for any outstanding issues that guests may experience. During this phase, InsideOutThoughtBubbles may be selectively available in certain app stores on compatible devices but we cannot guarantee that all players will be able to access it” thank you for nothing

The latest updates have been terrible with all the glitches. I don’t think InsideOutThoughtBubbles is updated so it is compatible with the iPhone X. I can’t see part of the screen and therefore can’t finish a level because I don’t know what remains. I have also contacted InsideOutThoughtBubbles developer several months ago requesting restoration of items purchased because using boosters on a level that was glitching ate all my paid-for boosters. I have yet to see any restitution, and the only response I got from the developer is: we’re working on it. Not only have I lost boosters but I’ve had to kill InsideOutThoughtBubbles several times in the middle of a level due to all the glitching and thus lose my lives. Any gems I had were useless in restoring a life or giving more plays. I am about done with InsideOutThoughtBubbles. I have been a loyal player for years - since InsideOutThoughtBubbles launched, but can’t continue to support an app or a developer that won’t help loyal players.

So I just picked up this game for the second time and I don’t know what happened in the year or so that I wasn’t playing but it is now so frustrating I’m about to quit for good. I have been stuck on 293 for 4 days, not because I’m bad at the game but because the game freezes in the middle of the level EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This is what I mean by freezing up, I can switch between the colored orbs but I cannot fire any. I try to put InsideOutThoughtBubbles in the background of my phone and then re open it to see if that helps but it never does so all I can do is abandon the level in the middle of it, lose a life, don’t get to get the option of watching a video for free stuff when you lose a level, and start all over again for the exact same thing to happen not 5 minutes later. I can’t use Sadnesses power up because it freezes the game even quicker. This is also not the first level that I had this problem with!

The July 4th update is awful! I’m on Level 1041 and absolutely cannot get past it because of all the glitches. Apparently, I’m not the only one. Here’s the problems I’m having: (1) when a ball is shot directly into the first skill shot, it sticks in there, but does not register as “scored” so it doesn’t disappear. Then I shot multiple other balls into the same skill shot and the same thing happened. (2) when I hit the bomb on either side in the beginning, it blows it up, but my ball continues on to land in the cannon. Then the launcher at the bottom disappears and you are unable to switch in between balls. The cannon never fires the ball that’s set in there. (3) the “clown” shows up as a pick blob, not an actual image like before. (4) the “clock” that counts down hits until the clown appears shows up as a pink blob. (5) When you use one of the powers associated with Joy, Anger, Sadness, Fear, or Disgust the ball does not go where you shoot it and it does not work as it should. (6) the game freezes and you can switch between balls, but not actually shoot them. FIX THIS UPDATE BECAUSE IT’S ATROCIOUS. I’ve put quite a bit of money into passing previous levels, but I will not spend another dime until this game is fixed. This is the only game that I actually play consistently. I love playing it and it is really frustrating that I can’t play the game that relaxed me anymore.

I’ve put an embarrassing amount of money into this game because I absolutely love it. I loved the movie and this game is extremely thorough in its graphics and design.

However, the latest update is TERRIBLE. Sometimes the launcher disappears and you’re unable to fire your bubbles. Other times you launch a bubble and it enters the goal holes to just get stuck there without clearing it. These things are MORE than frustrating especially if you’ve used one of your paid-for power-ups previously on the level.

Please fix this ASAP.....I’ve lost too much money to these bugs that it has made me want to delete InsideOutThoughtBubbles . To the developers; you do NOT want me to quit, I probably put your dinner on the table. To prospective buyers/users: enjoy but do NOT put money into it as you will lose it and throw your phone/iPad across the room in disgust.

I played this game years ago when it was first released and really enjoyed it. I decided to download it a few days ago to entertain myself and see if anything had changed because of the release of Inside Out 2. The gameplay is the same but the ad situation has become unbearable. I won level 87 after multiple attempts and exited out of InsideOutThoughtBubbles as it was showing an ad. When I went to log back in, the level showed I had completed it with 3 stars but it forced me to repeat the level. This is a level that is virtually impossible to complete unless you have a myriad of power-ups, which have become increasingly rare even if you watch a video to spin the wheel. This game is a waste of time and I would recommend people search elsewhere for an enjoyable bubble popping game.

I want to start off by saying how much I enjoy playing this game. I was an avid player for over a year and reached level 610 before I upgraded phones recently and mistakenly did not have the game linked to be saved.

So I’ve had to start the game over from level 1. Since my new phone had a larger screen, I had to wait for InsideOutThoughtBubbles to be updated so that it can accommodate the screen size for game play. After a couple of months of waiting for that to happen and not being able to play, I was finally able to get back to it. Now that I’ve made it to the section where I’ve acquired Fear as a character option, the game constantly glitches when I try and use his special power.

Needless to say, I have to (once again) stop playing this game until another update fixes this bug. Super annoyed.

This game has always been a favorite of mine and I am 14 but I will always love Disney games and the parks. However, the glitches from the last update are terrible and I’ve noticed many people complaining about them. Every time I try to shoot it won’t let me aim the next ball, it lets me switch between colors but not shoot and I have to quit the game and it makes me go through my lives in a useless manor. The emotion’s orb power up glitches and goes past the spot that I wanted and when you try to shoot a ball into one of the targets it doesn’t register the target as a hit and just freezes there. It takes me three to four balls to get it to register. And I’m some cases it just sticks on the side when it is a open target with nothing around it. Please fix these errors in the coding so customers can continue to enjoy a classic Disney game that fans of the Inside Out movie love. Thank you for time to read this review.

I absolutely love InsideOutThoughtBubbles . The challenges of the levels and the fun of beating the level is awesome. The problem I am having is the game will freeze. When it freezes I can’t use the play and I am force to quit which is super frustrating and I’m sick of it. Another thing is the adds when I am trying to get 1 diamond the add will freeze and I am unable to exit the ad to get my gem which costs me a life which is also frustrating. But mainly the problem is the mid freeze when I’m playing the level and I can’t do anything but press the pause button and quit costing on of my lives. Other than that the game is awesome but that’s the only thing I don’t like about the game is the freezing mid game.

Ok so I love this game. Downloaded it for my son and then I kinda took over because I liked it so much. I’ve almost completed every level and I don’t normally play games on my phone like that. The only real complaint I have is the ads they have chosen to run. This game is advertised for ages 4+ but it’s got ads glamorizing disordered eating/diet pills. Other ads for games where a man is disgusted by his gf’s looks so he cheats on her and the point of the game is to fix her up to win him back. But my last straw that caused me to write this review was the one I saw last night. It was literally a cartoon p0rn game advertised for ages 18+. I’m no prude but I definitely don’t want ads like that running on my 5yo’s game. What were you guys thinking???

This game is pretty awesome, I downloaded it to help calm my anxiety because the music is so relaxing. I still like it, but I don't really know how to feel about how much success is left to chance. Much of the time you're given memories you don't need, and you're just forced to pile them up?? Seems like a lazy design to me. I don't like games that rely too much on luck. What's the point? I could just sit by myself flipping a coin... When I'm "dealt" an unfavorable hand, I just exit InsideOutThoughtBubbles and restart it. I still lose a life but at least I minimize my time loss. I just wish the player was given more control over the game rather than just hoping to get a lucky strand of memories. Other than that, this game is fantastic! So beautiful and relaxing! It's still worth it! I'll keep playing it, but I do hope they make the provided memories less random and more strategic.

I LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH! I love all the characters and their special features, and I had a great time gaining back my memories by redownloading this after watching Inside Out 2.

However, I did experience a few glitches for the first time. I’ve seen many people complaining about it, except I didn’t really believe it. That was until I saw the new Challenge update with the new emotions, I witnessed a few bugs.

To sum it all up, Anxiety's power up button kinda freezes so I can't use it when I really need it. I also can't hear the audio when I playing the game (everything is turned on in the settings but it won't work unless I had headphones on).

BUT, my main problem is the challenge update with Ennui. We know you recently updated the game once again after Anxiety's time, and when the challenge was ready I wasn't able to click on anything at all (except for Anxiety's tutorial button). Not to mention the fact that the 10 levels are ALL labeled "123" 😭 Basically every single thing is frozen once I click "Enter".

But yeah, that's basically it. I'm kinda disappointed as I'm writing this right now, because Ennui is my favorite character and I really want her in the game, but the glitches are ruining my opportunity (._.). Overall, I love the game in general. It's awesome, keep up the good work ^^ (Just please improve the glitches 😭😭). Thank you sm for reading this 🙏🏾

I love the game and I play literally every single day. BUT…. I have some complaints. 1. Glitches like one of them are like I get into the game and a few seconds after I get myself into the game the screen freezes and kicks me out of the freaking game! 😡 2. Doesn’t give me the right memories and I have to waste a memory until they give me the right memory! That’s how some levels I lose like 37 times in a row! 😡3. Bugs. so you guys probably know who had played this game that there’s a challenge event going on in the game where you can use the new emotions that where new in inside out 2 the new movie still in theaters. Well when I enter the challenge event and all the levels say 123 on it and can’t play those levels and can’t use the new emotion ennui so when I go on the tutorial for how to use the emotion, get done with it and I can’t get out of challenge! So I have to reset the game and get back on the game! Please read this developers and please fix these things if you can.

Overall I love this game. It keeps the inner child in me alive even after watching the Inside Out movies that I also love. I’m on level 430 now and playing through it has been relatively smooth. Some slight frustrations I find here are that every so often, whenever I shoot a memory at a forgetter (vortex things), the game just freezes and I have to quit the game and lose a life. This occurs especially often whenever I shoot a memory that carries joy’s power into a forgetter. Other than that, the problem doesn’t persist and I can eventually beat every level. The new updates after inside out 2 have been changing the game in a positive direction for me. I can’t wait to see what else they’ll add here in the coming future.

Love this game - sometimes I get stuck at the end of the game & need one more memory to win & get every color memory EXCEPT the one I actually need….but such is the game. Some levels I win right away, others take me 27 times 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love that it’s a brain teaser, keeps you focused, requires skill for angles & positioning, how to knock down the most memories at once, etc, and yet, is so soothing & relaxing. My 10 & 7 year olds both play this game & they love it as well. The emotions, their unique uses in the game & getting to pick which emotion to play are all awesome….

But for the love of the game, PLEASE release a paid version of this game to skip the ads!!!!! As much as I love the game, I *loathe* all the ads…I’ve never seen longer ads. They now require a countdown that you can’t even exit & you just sit there & wait the whole time. I use this to pass the time while I’m rocking my baby to sleep & to unwind at the end of the day…who has the time to sit & wait for every single ad??? For a free version, it’s understandable. But I would gladly pay so I could just play the darn game, unwind & not have to mute my phone at the annoying ads.

I’ve had some problems with Inside Out. InsideOutThoughtBubbles has glitch and it causes me to lose lives and some of the formatting is confusing. I think they could do better on InsideOutThoughtBubbles other than that it is a fairly decent one. I would recommend it but not strongly if somebody asked me if it’s one of my favorite apps I would definitely yes. There are some minor setbacks and minor glitches I think that the creators could’ve done a better job with the formatting the details and the voices and it’s not the greatest graphics but I like InsideOutThoughtBubbles it is amusing and I spend most of my time playing it.

I’m stuck on level 203.. I can’t get passed that level because everytime I throw the power up from that purple character.. instead of it going up it just keeps shooting down and wasting one of my moves.. I deleted the game because I thought it was a glitch but I downloaded it again and when I got to the 200 level when you unlock him.. that power up ball just goes down instead of going up.. I check to see if it needs to be updated but it doesn’t show any update.. can anybody help me out with that situation because I like to play the game but I don’t want to have to deal with that situation anymore because it’s going to get me frustrated and want to delete the game and give it a bad review

I love inside out it's very relaxing it's fun but y'all should make it a little more easier for older people now should have an easy mode and a hard mode and you should make some of that levels have more of the fun stuff to help you win until you know just have so many things on there so when they run out then you can purchase what you need thank you very much as you can see I already sent a review but I’m having trouble with the game it is fun takes my mind off of things especially the past hurricane please fix it and I’ll tell you what’s wrong with it it freezes and when it freezes you can’t do anything about it you have to go out of the game in order to restart again that’s not fair please fix thank you very much and I do love the game

ok so i love this game but it has some issues 1. when i tried to shoot the ball it will still let me switch to a new color but it wont let me shoot it 2. ya know those levels with the fans it will go directly into the fan get stuck then disappear and the fan will still be there like i never hit it and it wont count it on the top where it says how many fans you have gotten 3. i once beat a level and when i went to do the next level it made me do the level i beat over again 4. it will shoot the balls when i didnt even touch the screen 5. ill shoot a ball and it will go everywhere

I like it because it's got emotions that you can unlock and some of them are funny. And one thing I hate is the memory launcher giving me the memories that I don't need, and when that happens sometimes I can lose and waste the memories and more I hate is losing lives when you exit or lose you have to wait 24 minutes each life to start up, but the one with 0 lives is the worst you have to wait 2 hours to get 5 lives when you have zero, and I don't know how to get unlimited lives which I really wanted some. Unlimited lives are so great you don't have to wait for 24 minutes for each life to start up and when you exit or lose you don't lose a life. I wish it will always have unlimited lives forever instead of those stupid lives. Uugghh! My gosh I hate them.

So growing up really poor/homeless I’ve got bullied a lot cause I couldn’t afford school and I was super skinny from not being able to buy food so when I was 16 I got a job and started to bulk eat from stealing and doing home workouts and after awhile when I turned 24 I got promoted ceo of my company and turned evil I bought all my bullies homes and kicked them out and started making my rich friends spend all their money on scams I made and I’ve became so rich I retired at 25 and couldn’t spend the money even though I spent like 100 thousand everyday now that I’m 32 I’ve was bored scrolling on my phone I found InsideOutThoughtBubbles and the emotion it gave me made me change my mind so with my billions instead of buying cars, mansions, girls I’ve donated all of my money and now live in a apartment with a Prius

If you like the movie you love this game, you will love it because there are different characters and different levels!❤️ The characters are all the main characters from the movie just not the girl. And the characters that are on the screens up above they help you out during the game trying to help you win each level, and there are so many levels I have just started and it is already so much fun! And the characters have special powers that will make a big difference in the memories and they will destroy or get rid of many of them at least 10 and there are a lot of memories balls but that is a big difference in the game! 🙂 The reason I am most likely writing this review is if your having a boring day or not so good day this game is a great way to deal with your boredom! I will definitely choose this game if I were you, so get the game and I hope you enjoy!😊

I love this so much and it’s great!, but although there is some things that I think would be much better in the game, 1. Lives shouldn’t be required, I mean it’s kind of just not a thing I was expected to see in the game and it’s kind of rude to me, 2. Put some bonus films, like you know, show the kids some concept arts and ideas the team had for the movie and the game it would kind of be more cool, 3. Maybe give the player more gems when receives a chest, because when I die in a level or want to get a power up for free, it tells me how much it would cost for the power-up, and it’s so slow to receive gems..! 4. You should make the game about the emotions doing the bubble thought thing, but going into other people’s minds, like Joy and Sadness are in Megs mind in world 2. 5. Please add Bing Bong, I FREAKING MISS HIM SO PLEASE MAKE HIM PLAYABLE!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭, And lastly, Make some skins for the emotions too, that would be very nice, And thank you for making this game our Fellow Emotions! 🤗

I’m in love with the way this game manages to capture the artstyle and overall personality of the movies. It is pumped full of love from the creators, and has many very unique elements that set it apart from similar games. It has a lot of fun metaphors that tie in with how certain mechanics work, such as the brain freeze or even the character abilities. The voice acting is fantastic and manages to be varied enough to keep it from being too repetitive (except for the inside out 2 characters, I feel like they have less unique dialogue with some lines taken straight from the movie, but that’s not a big issue). The character animations are incredible thought through and fit perfectly with the theme. I have never had any serious framerate issues, and the game looks incredible. It does suffer a bit. Sometimes, the RNG for what memory you shoot screws you over at the end, and I sometimes find myself having to waste moves just to clear anything at the start of a level. I also feel like it takes WAY too long for lives to recharge, but I get this is a free to play game and you have to have SOME insensitive to pay for stuff. Overall amazing mobile game.

The reasons why I like this game is because it has great graphics and the gameplay is very fun, when the memory bubbles fall down, I’m like “Ohhhh🤩🤩🤩 satisfying, I like it” also, the emotions have funny lines, like for example, Envy and Anxiety’s lines are so funny and I’m like… “I KNOW ‘THATS THE SPIRIT’😂😂😂😂😂😂😂” and “what idea do you have?” All I’m saying is that I truly love ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️this game so much.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Developers note: please make new map inspired levels in your game, add the new back of the mind, the vault, the sarcasm, and the memory pool web thing. And have the new emotions be in the new maps, example, ennui can be in the new back of the mind, anxiety will be at the pool web with Envy, who’s going to be at the end of the map(which are not at the same spot) then Embarrassment will be hidden in a random level. Because he’s embarrassed or something idk.

Please, add them to the game and not just da an event. Please and thank you, if you can.

So I am writing this in 2024. You are probably wondering why I am playing this game but I don’t quite know myself. You see, maybe back in 2018 or 2019 this was a game I would always play. I had downloaded this game on my tablet though & had completely forgot about it after 2020. Just to stumble upon this game again is not a mistake. This game brings back so many childhood memories. Even though I am much older. I enjoy playing this game while listening to music. The good thing is too about these old games is the usually never have any ads. Just how it was years ago. I love it! Even if the have a few ads it will never compare to the newer games that have an ad every few clicks. It was good to come back to my childhood & I am glad that this game is still around. Love it, 5 stars!!
