A veces no me llega a tiempo

Dos veces en un año deje de recibirla semanalmente , y me aparecía que tenía que pagarla . Se acumularon hasta 5 semanas cuando después de escribir a Magzter que es la compañía a través de iTunes , un día se reactivó y ellos no saben cómo .
Una revista semanal es para leer semanal no 5 acumuladas .
Me encanta la revista pero cuando eso sucede no hay como comunicarse con ellos directamente

Tengo suscripción activa mediante iTunes hasta 06/ 2020 y la aplicación no ha provisto los ejemplares de la revista desde el 05/junio/2019. A tal efecto mi evaluación de 2 estrellas.
