Crashes constantly, unfriendly UI

I paid for the full version and had high hopes. This app proved to be very difficult to use with a non-intuitive interface and confusing instructions. In addition, it crashes all the time (using an iPhone 8s, 256 GB) and often these crashes are while making big updates which left my contacts data in a messy state. I was trying to clean up 2700 contacts, many of which were duplicates or had slightly different data. In the end, I did this work manually on the desktop using the Contacts app and that was actually faster and more reliable than using this buggy app. A waste of money, unfortunately.
Useless crashes

Using this app on iPhone XR & it’s useless. Crashes. Takes forever AND then crashes. Most frustrating thing ever. It would be faster to hand write my contacts and have a first grader sort through & merge them. I upgraded to full & might be even worse.
Easy to use, easy to screw up

I have been fighting with my contacts for a long time. Fields go missing, contacts get duplicated six times, and others are lost all together.
After spending hours investigating I discovered this app is the root of my problems. It buts data in different fields creating essentially new contacts. Names, numbers, address, emails, all of it including notes get jumbled. I used different software and have had no issues since.
If you use one OS and one program I’m sure it will be fine. Otherwise don’t risk it.
