NIGHTMARE with this AIRLINE

Spare yourself & look for another airline. It maybe slightly cheaper but not worth the hassle. Our flight from point A to point C is all thru Xiamen Airlines & they will not issue the tickets for the remaining flights & the boarding gates will not issue the tickets so we have to go out & go to the departure area get our tickets & pass thru security 3x. This airline surely has ways to make it as difficult as possible for their customers.
There is NO ENGLISH option!

The app description is deceptive. Even Wechat has an amazingly smooth language transition feature, can’t believe this app cannot learn some lessons.

客服人员说他是负责机票业务的，也就是说无法提供帮助。
I recharged my money in-app, but I can NOT withdraw my balance.
The customer service person is shapeless, he claimed he only deal with tickets assistance, NO help.
