Confusing website, not user friendly

It's the only online news outlet that charges to view stories or local news. I thought downloading LivingstonDaily would help, I'm better off viewing the standard website and clearing my web browser when I'm done so I'm not charged ( you can view 5 stories before your forced charged)
This is a recent phenomenon on my iPad. It's seems ok on my iPhone. I've even deleted LivingstonDaily , then reopened from LivingstonDaily Store. What's going on? I use this daily.
Great source for local news
Great to see what's happening in my town. Who's got time to read a whole newspaper, this lets me pick and choose my interests.
