Ever since I installed new version there isn’t an hourly page, it’s just black.

You can not get the hourly weather, just daily. I now go to Fox 40 for the hourly temps

This is the worst weather app right along with KCRA. Neither app tells the correct weather in the Sacramento area. I will be deleting this app. Try going to FOX 40 app and you all can get some points on how to tell good weather.
