The Best Compass Reviews

I was just talking to a friend of mine about an hour prior to this text. We got to talking about compasses I hope I spelled that right I don’t like to look ignorant. But yeah we were talking about right now it’s telling him about mine and he got to telling me about his and his head a lot more options on his that I don’t have on mine like the GPS coordinates. You’re a basic version offers so much more. So far after using it for just 15 minutes I have to say I love it so far which I wish I had downloaded it years ago. Wish I knew about it years ago. You just offer so so much more I always try to have two compasses on my phone because I learned from the past I had one that went bad when I actually needed it so I was glad I had a back up. But with yours I would have to be pretty stupid to get lost and not be able to find my way. So now I’m going to be sharing it as well as telling all my friends about how good your app is. I thank you from the bottom of my heart that you offered this for free. If I’m ever really really lost I would upgrade to your premium. So again thank you so much for offering your free version everybody that I know will know about your app!!!

It tells you which way is north but doesn't show you which way YOU are facing. Unlike the default compass app, TheBestCompass just leaves the N at the top. If you want the compass directions lined up with the needle you have to turn in a circle until you are facing north. Admittedly, that is how a physical compass works, but that's why people want an electronic compass instead of carrying one in their pocket.

I use TheBestCompass all the time while hunting. Everyone should have it on their phones.

Very nice design, but the compass readings vary a great deal, both directions. Used it about 8 times; only once did it seem “spot on”. Maybe it is me because so many other people find TheBestCompass successful. Also, I cannot find the calibration screen. Using it on an iPhone 8. Would love some help to understand it better.

Good ap, nice all around but a nice added feature would to be able to change “sunrise and sunset” from military time to an “am/ pm style ( definitely not a deal breaker ).
I guess it’s the civilian in me!!!

Unable to creat a direct path between two locations

Settings gives you the option to use magnetic or true north. But if I select true north, then the compass freezes. Worthless unless this is fixed

Downloaded it and it doesn’t work but keeps trying to get me to join Facebook what the heck? Don’t waste your time

Very nice app!

I opened TheBestCompass and it gave me my location but nothing else. The arrow indicated north whatever way I moved. Didn’t do anything.

This compass just sits there on the screen and will do nothing. There are no instructions.

It doesn’t do anything

Every time I try TheBestCompass it starts a game involving a cold man and woman. How do you get to the compass?

Does not work at all. Just a scam to get you to BUY the no ad version.

So far, very good!! I have used TheBestCompass several times to redirect coworkers in the right direction!! It is amazing how many people take for granted the signs on the highways!! Really not knowing North from South or East from West!!??!! “The sun comes up over there, but isn’t that North??”
