Cancelled on me two out of three planned trips, took days to drop charges

They are quick to take a prepayment, but they cancel on you at the drop of a hat and then take days to drop the charges to your card. Each time they promise you they will send another taxi, but they don't! Plus, if I wanted another taxi I could have just booked it through the hotel. Big waste of time, don't use them.

The driver was extremely nice and informative but I guess when you are charged 4 times for one ride they should be. Buyer beware and they do not refund your money.

Booking a cab has never been that easy! I use cabs quite often for my job and hate to call the night before to pre-book. Now I can finally pre-book with a a few clicks on my iPhone! Also no need for cash and on top I get the bill directly to my email account!!!
It is like having my taxi and uber in one app and on top it is cheaper!!!
