Got charged ..customer service never replied

I got the app to try it, my card was charged automatically for 60$ which is high for an app. I emailed customer service right away trying to cancel and they never got back to me. I wanted to stop the charge or switch for another plan. So far bad experience.
It was a solid five star until the new update removed un/une

Last year I did not hesitate to buy a one year membership because this app had the one thing that others didn't, the articles (une, un, la, le). For example, when clicking on 'Cat', it said, 'Un Chat'. When clicking on 'Mouse', it said 'Une Souris'. In this new update the articles are gone. Learning French is almost useless if you can't remember the gender of the noun. The best way to remember the gender of the word is to memorize une/un as part of the word, and not memorizing the gender separately from the word. Sadly, I am not going to renew my subscription for this one reason alone. I hope you fix this issue. I really want to use your app again. Thank you.
USED TO LOVE IT - now it won’t open on iPad or iPhone

This app was great but now we can’t even open it on my phone - always glitches. On our iPad it had so many issues we deleted it and now it won’t redownload.
If this gets fixed - I’m open to updating my review. We purchased an annual membership - I’ll be requesting a refund.
