I have no problem tossing $$ to a worthy developer. The fatal problem here: a blatant lie forms part of Numflix name. Dev, you've gone out of your way to disrespect your potential user base, and we know it. Apple's odd decision to elevate you in the home page does *not* overwhelm the common sense of would-be users. Result: you've perfectly situated yourself for CurrentC treatment, an app that ultimately limped into the dustbin of App Store history. Enjoy the cobwebs. You've earned it.

It’s lousy reception and service but I can understand that as it’s $5/month. But when I used up my allotted amount of calls I added money to make additional calls. It said the transaction had gone through but I couldn’t make any more calls nevertheless. And of course there is no one to contact. Avoid totally.

Will then send you around the block over and over setting things up. It provides you with a number. When you try it out, you will get a pop up providing you with more set up info. Which is the same crap you've already been told to do. You do it. You get pop ups.
No. Function. Full stop.

I lost 1.99 big deal. I knew something this shady would not function when reviews were non-existent AND it offers sensationalist claims.
Happy spending. I hope you like investing in hard knocks to the nose. Because Numflix is tasteless humour. And there's a conveeeenient notice on Numflix review which says they, um, don't have enough reviews for a rating average! This gives you the impression someone trusted enough to download, purchased it, and maybe liked it. UNTRUE.
The reviews extant are only ones for older app versions prior to this update.

Conclusion:
Before the developer is required to post your bad review (coz, no "average" yet) they'll make tons off YOUR bad app purchase decision.

Also, all reviews for any older version of Numflix are nearly ALL 5 stars with ONE line typed briefly, carelessly, and speedily by ONE person using different accounts who works for or IS the developer. Read them. Typed so fast, they aren't even all finished. Most are several word sentenced. Some are mere phrases ending at A COMMA. Dude. Run. Keep yer cash.

EXTREME CAUTION WARNING: Do NOT try to get free coins, except through TapJoy. The other two are survey scams that will spam your email. I woke up this morning to an inbox flooded with spam. I had a clean, private email until I unwittingly provided my real address one time. Argh!
The TapJoy option doesn't work for me (nothing happens when I try to select it), but I can vouch that they are a legitimate operation that won't spam you.
Warning: Your first free number expires in two days, so don't open this until you need that number.
Warning: You can't buy more coins on jailbroken devices.
Overall this may be good for some people, but it's worthless for me, because I don't need the free number immediately, and I can't get more coins for future numbers.

It would of been a 5 star a few days ago but then i did an update in may 2016 and it dont work anymore. Calls can come in but it wont make calls. Also when i try to make a call it burns a min of my minutes even thoe there was no ringing every failed call burns a minute. Not cool i have lots of minutes to burn but i would like to burn them talking to someone not trying to make a call and fail. Was great a fee days ago now i am thinking on getting rid of Numflix and finding another

For 1 month i have not been able to call or receive phone calls. 5 emails to customer service "support" no response!! There is no phone number to call for support either. And they do not explain how you are charged for text messages, adding more money than you need to, is ridiculous it doesnt automatically update in your account, when you purchase more time either. So mid text you are shut off. they wont accept smaller amounts. I cant believe this is a rip-off! Go elsewhere.

Took my $1.99 and everything you try to make a call it just says "calling" but never goes through. I tried to call Numflix from my landline and that wouldn't connect either. The one time I got it to connect by calling my landline and then using my landline to call Numflix at the same time , you couldn't hear anything. Don't purchase. No stars. Only reason I put 1 is bc it won't let me post without choosing a star.

Numflix is completely broken!!! It isn't making or receiving any calls or messages and hasn't for about a week now yet it will still take yours coins that you need to purchase and time away from the numbers. On top of that there is no notification that it's not working and the developers will not respond to emails.

Don't get Numflix!!! Waste of money as it is.

Hello I installed Numflix checked it out and liked it. I subscribed for the mini plan but I couldn’t use it to open what I need then I decided to upgrade and I have been deducted from account and still my this app app still shows Mini plan and not premium.

One of my use cases is to have multiple records on the same call. I’m not sure if this is possible? Very quick and easy to setup a second number.

Rather than fixed cost per month, it's credit based. That could be good or bad, I guess that individual based. Would be nice to have both options.

So far, Numflix seems to be good, but my one suggestion would be to please provide fully transparent pricing information in Numflix store's app description field so we can fully anticipate the cost per phone call before we begin using Numflix . As it is now, the only pricing available is the price per "coin", but exactly what a coin buys for you is not described anywhere. Thanks, Scott Perry

I use this when creepy guys ask for my number. I check them out and delete the number if they try shady things.

Very easy to use and works well all of the time. It would be great if you could add a feature where you could send pictures.

I like the way they explain in easy and yet detailed manner on how To go about making changes. And u can do it right there within Numflix . So far. I dig it. :) :)

Numflix is so cool you can prank text and call your friends I have used Numflix a lot and it is so fun my friends get scared cause they don't know who it is? So that freak and you can tell them that your like frank Grendel or some fake name

I love that I don't have to share my real number. This is especially great for dating. No more endless texts and awkward moments, just give out your 'burner' number and know that you can always delete a number and get another if you need to. So nice!!

Works well for keeping your real number confidential. The recent addition of a call recording feature is a welcome improvement though I've cyet to try it out. Had a few issues with Numflix before the last update but since updating everything is back to normal. The developer seems to be on top of things if an issue arises. You might not get a response email but they will definitely try and correct any issues with Numflix in a timely manner.
