The last time I renewed my subscription was back in 12/7/22 for the year. I have not received a magazine in quite a while. Also, I have not received a renewal form for 2024. when can I expect it so I don't lose out on any magazines?
I was subscribed membership 2022-11-12 for less than $2. I was charged $99 today for yearly subscription. I didn't use any services, didn't knew, there is an automatic payment, and i don't know, how to unsubscribe.
My subscription is good thru APR 26, however the last magazine I received was April 2023. What is the problem?
Ordered a subscription as a birthday present for my brother in law in April 2023 and he hasn't received an issue. It appears that Outdoor Photographer has been bought and I am wondering if the new company is honouring the subscription I paid for. Regards, Ben

Just updated the app. Can only see issues from now until June 2019. I’ve had a digital subscription for several years. Where are the old issues? Or do I have to delete everything and start over - won’t have to be the first time :(

I purchased a Print and Digital subscription for Outdoor Photographer Plus ($60) Downloaded the app and followed the instructions for subscriber access. Next to impossible! Kept wanting me to pay an additional $4.99 per issue!!! Are you kidding me? Get your act together people. How can I easily get my digital access through this app??

Before downloading this app I checked the reviews and found quite a few that said they couldn’t get the mag to open. Well, they’re right. I downloaded it, signed in and tried to read my new mag subscription but couldn’t. Downloaded failed. I tried restoring my purchase. Failed! Delete!
