Where is the Sunday Bay City Times? Not in any of the stores here in Oscoda for the last two weeks.
Ordered the Bay City Times digital and Sunday paper delivery. Money for this was taken out of my account on 5/23/24. Have not received any Sunday papers. Will cancel my account if you can’t deliver.

June 22, 2022 Unbelievable service from Bay City Times management. It has been since the 4th of January 2022 that I requested a new newspaper tube be issued to replace the old one that was smashed and not useable. I have contacted customer service 3 times, issued several e-mails requesting something be done about this problem. The new tube has NOT been installed or delivered yet, 6 months later. Other than personally going to Bay City Times and getting one myself I'm just lost where to turn next. As long as the bill is paid, newspaper delivered they DO NOT CARE if anything else is still not completed. What happened to the People's work ethics in this country? Has America just given up? That's SAD!!!!!!
3/27/22 I have BC Times delivered to 1373 E Linwood Road, Linwood, Mi 48634. Last fall the newspaper tube was destroyed in an accident. When I reported it I was told a new tube would be ordered should be a couple weeks. It has been months gone by still no new tube and post. I realize the ground was frozen, but it is thawed out now. I have a new post installed, tube can be attached to that post, or you add your own post. I don't care which please just get it done. Can't get paper when thrown in ditch???????? Please do one of the 3 following choice's ASAP. 1. Drop off new tube or install on my post. 2. Put up your own post and tube. 3.Put newspaper in mailbox. This is getting to be unacceptable for the amount you charge for subscription. Please take care of problem ASAP
