Driven to write a review based on their horrible customer support. I’ve only been able to connect to a taxi 1 out of every 5 times I try to order via FlyTaxi的士 . FlyTaxi的士 is limited to Chinese speakers and doesn’t easily provide guidance to change languages (still haven’t found it). Customer support hangs up a few seconds after screeching they cannot help and does not wait for you to ask a question.
It worked great for years then now i am forced to register and it doesn't work. I call and the registration keeps failing. The WhatsApp doesn't work either. terrible system. Just do a text message like normal apps.
