I have used Ayoa for years, and I liked it enough to pay for the subscription to implement it for my entire department.
Yesterday, I would have given this 5 stars. Unfortunately, they released a new version this morning that now requires me to archive completed tasks in order to remove them from calendar or urgency-list view. There used to be an option that let you select when to show/hide completed tasks, but that’s now gone. There is also no option to automatically archive completed tasks, or to mass-archive.
Per customer support, this is supposed to be an improvement based on user feedback. Either they didn’t get quality feedback from heavy users or they are trying to claim a bug is a new feature, but now everyone in my department gets to waste time archiving a lot of completed tasks from the last 7 days - ONE TASK AT A TIME.
Please return the ability to hide tasks or auto-archive, because this is annoying enough to have me looking at other apps.
