Thought the whiteboard feature was cool, honestly its the only reason I liked it- but thats not worth $119. Why isnt there a cheaper limited version or even a free version with just the whiteboard? Seems like an odd “all of nothing” mindset for app developers. Weird call for them but not worth it in my or my businesses case.

I have used Ayoa for years, and I liked it enough to pay for the subscription to implement it for my entire department.

Yesterday, I would have given this 5 stars. Unfortunately, they released a new version this morning that now requires me to archive completed tasks in order to remove them from calendar or urgency-list view. There used to be an option that let you select when to show/hide completed tasks, but that’s now gone. There is also no option to automatically archive completed tasks, or to mass-archive.

Per customer support, this is supposed to be an improvement based on user feedback. Either they didn’t get quality feedback from heavy users or they are trying to claim a bug is a new feature, but now everyone in my department gets to waste time archiving a lot of completed tasks from the last 7 days - ONE TASK AT A TIME.

Please return the ability to hide tasks or auto-archive, because this is annoying enough to have me looking at other apps.

Ayoa does not make anything easier. The mind maps are nice except you have to redo the same work in other areas.

Cannot add notes in iPhone version

Some common options are not readily available. Printing is a hit and miss and labor intensive chore. The pay option may be easier to the user, but with this initial trial and error experience I am reluctant to spend the money to tie my time to a challenging chore.

Not sure why make changed but we use this to run our 15 person business and it really helps us organize. Only issue is getting support when you need it. Help in app only goes to tutorials and online is ticketing and we spend $1200 a year on this. You would think reporting my app crashing when I go to notifications would be easier

I am very pleased so far. What will get you to a five star rating in my book is when you get the MindMapping capabilities up to par with iMindMap 11! When this happens you shoot to 5+ stars in my book. I’m waiting and watching....

Only had it for a few days but I love that you can categorize tasks together in a graphic, but also create prioritized task lists.

Whoever designed this thinks like I do. I love that it is incredibly visual. It also somehow manages to balance elegant simplicity with useful features. Also, one of the most intuitive and user friendly digital organizing tools I’ve ever used. Kudos!!!

Keeps me organized and on task.

Please add duel verification. We have a saying in our business. Inspect what you expect. Drop task is great for managing groups but they should have it so that who ever created the task has to put a final check next to it to be completed. This would prevent someone you assigned a task from checking it as done before you have a chance to inspect it. I have six locations that I manage that are spread out across the city.

I have been using imindmap for years and when droptask and imindmap got together I had to try it. Wonderful platform. Easy to use and transfers changes to all devices. Easy to create brilliant maps at a moments notice. Thanks a for fantastic program, that is easy to use.

If only I could get my firm to adopt it we’d be in heaven

Easy to use and now with the new feature the from the website you can export to PDF, it’s almost a must. We hope that very soon we could even from our IPhone, IPad and Desktop could do it, and I am sure that you guys are working on it. Congrats

I think I have tried every web and pc based project management system. I even tried Droptask before when it first arrived on the scene. The current this app is a well integrated mapping and project management system with a clear mission: be able to see clearly what must be done and do it. By combining tightly integrated and well thought out tools, it takes thoughts to completion.
