Joined and tried to read a chat. Was prompted to join, but that was to be expected, no free site is actually free. Joined and paid for subscription and saw that it takes up to several hours to get access. Has been 16 hours so far. So do they EVER give you access or just drag it out until the subscription runs out? Avoid LocalDatingApp. For one you will never get the access you pay for and second, the majority of the profile pics are over 14 years old, you would have thought that someone would have cropped the date and time stamp out. I would give negative stars if I could. Oh and lastly, there is no support for LocalDatingApp. Support link takes you to a dead page with no working links. I got the name off a top fre dating site review page, I have forwarded this experience to the author of the review and they have had the same issue and they will no longer recommend LocalDatingApp .

I don’t write reviews that often but when I do you either have a really good product or a really crappy one. With that being said I recently found LocalDatingApp through a friend of mine and thought I would give it a shot! Low and behold LocalDatingApp is complete garbage and it is probably full of people that don’t even look like there profile pictures. Also you can’t talk to your matches without subscribing to there service and according to one of the other reviews says that never got his turned on. So I’m assuming that LocalDatingApp is just a scam for people who are really desperate or wanting to just throw their money into a burn pile. Save yourself the time and money and never get LocalDatingApp.

You need a subscription to send messages. I signed of for a subscription, but was still presented the same prompt. Went into my settings, checked my Apple ID, and it confirmed I was subscribed. Do not download LocalDatingApp and definitely do not spend money on a membership, total rip off.

Joined. Paid. Cant read any of my messages because I am being asked to pay… again. When I contacted support, no reply. In fact there is no way to contact them using LocalDatingApp unless you go via LocalDatingApp Store. It doesn’t matter, still no reply.
I don’t even know who to ask for my money back.

i distinctly picked the option of being a woman looking for a man and they switched it and i can’t even fix it. i don’t even know how to contact customer service, but this is ridiculous. i should be able to fix things on my profile without having so much issues about it. DO NOT USE LocalDatingApp. it lies to you. 🤦‍♀️

LocalDatingApp is the worst. Just a bunch of people (probably the developers) trying to scam you. Every one “speaks” English, but it looks like they all failed grammar school. You get the same exact messages from supposedly different people with the worst pickup lines and the syntax will be off. But mysteriously every person is from my city which is why I believe the developers are in on it too.

You will not get anywhere. You can like people, match with people, I get messages from people, but you can't read or send any messages and less you subscribe for about a buck a day. I've never personally paid to meet people, and I'm not about to start now. To each their own however.

Every girl on here is really in west Africa somewhere.... I always want to move the conversation to email or text. And the guys on here most of them have some tragedy happened while they were working abroad and asked the women for money... when searching for your local area really does no good because there’s so many fakes and all they put his USA not where they say they are or should be. LocalDatingApp is a tremendous waste of time and will get you no results.... and customer no service is exactly that....

Not a very good dating app as a whole. You’d have better luck on Tinder. My main problem stems from the fact I logged in with apple as it gives you the option. However though it gives you the option to delete the account on LocalDatingApp within 48 hours it claims. It is still a week later and they have not deleted my account. And because it’s through apple I can’t access a desktop site to delete it there. Extremely frustrating.

They collected money from my account when I subscribe but they did not give me what I paid for, I think this site is the head quarter of scamming their customers which are not suppose to be that way, when someone pay for something you people should give it to them, I think it time for you people to refuse my money back to my account because I will not accept this from you

They have done another subscription which I’m begging the admin to refund my money back to my account because you can’t collect money without giving me what I paid for

1. Few to zero matches near me. And my community is not small. 2. App inundated early with alerts encouraging you to sign up to read them. As soon as you sign up? Well let’s just say I haven’t received a message since. 3. I’ve downloaded LocalDatingApp 6 times tonight alone. It crashes while trying to search. It crashes and won’t re-open. 4. Oh, and good luck searching for people because you can’t view a profile unless you like someone. And you can’t see where they’re from without viewing a profile. And (SURPRISE) 80% of the people I “like” are nowhere near my community but I don’t know that until 5 minutes later.

This is the worst dating app ever. When I firstly joined I was able to like and get likes back but never allowed to read or send messages until I purchase a subscription, immediately after I paid for subscription all the initial 2 matches turned ghost profiles and even though I keep liking for few more days i never got any likes, apparently there was never a match at first it was all a spam account to drive me into making a purchase for absolutely nothing to get in return. I recommend the developers of LocalDatingApp be charged for fraud. Don’t waste your time downloading or subscribing to LocalDatingApp

To chat and send messages, one must purchase a subscription, which are either monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. I opted for the semi-annual subscription, received my subscription confirmation from Apple and my receipt. According to the FAQs, once purchased, it takes about 2-3 hours for your account to be upgraded. Needless to say I contacted Customer Service after 8 hours of purchase, then around 36 hours, and twice more around 60 and 72 hours, and there still has been no response nor has my account been upgraded to show the subscription. I’m at 5+ days and counting. I’ve done my part to use LocalDatingApp , now do your part and actually let me use LocalDatingApp and service.

Completely free for woman model only encourages scammers to collect here. Also at least turn on filter by location feature now! I see you are (unsuccessfully) trying to get this and other filters to work in V2.0 but if you restrict access to non-paying women and allow filter by some form of distance you will make things a lot better!

I’ve tried multiple times to delete my account and it says it will In 48 hours but it still hasn’t done it. Can you guys fix this issue

I love this site because it made my dream come true it’s a very good encouraging site most especially for someone like me that have lost interest in a relationship but after 2 weeks on the site I met my God’s sent.
