Absolutely love this game. I'd give it 5 stars if the developers would make the Helicopters that are already available just a little better. The Mi-8 soviet transport is useless in free flight...unless you had the ability to harness parked cars and move them around the game map. The CH-47 Chinook has a movable ramp, which is useless in free flight....unless they enabled the tail gunner. I mean, its there, how's about we lock n load that M'effer? The OH-5 Cayuse only has a sniper in free flight carrier, why not on all maps?

Go ahead and add another helicopter and charge a buck or two, I'll pay.....if you make what you have, just a little bit better.

UPDATE: The CH-47 tail gunner was added long ago and it is glorious! Still unable to harness vehicles in free flight which makes the sky crane (and Mi-8) utterly useless after the completion of its TWO missions.

MAKE NIGHT TIME AN OPTION IN FREE FLIGHT.

While you’re working on adding the Cayuse sniper to ALL the maps in free flight, go ahead and add some tiny bipedal targets as well. WE WILL PAY FOR THAT KINDA FUN.

First off I just want to say that this game is absolutely awesome a lot of good maps and helicopter as well. One exception I have is the fact that the graphics are 2d except the buildings and cars but I enjoy that you can destroy those things with helicopters like an apache or black shark and stuff like that, but the HID or HIP needs to have weapons at least a machine gun because it is my favorite helicopter from the game and in the real world and it would be great to have machine guns on the doors. I also have a suggestion to make helicopters like. He Osprey and Hind free because they are also helicopters that look good and would be awesome to have free my last suggestion is to add another map like Space where you can ride spacecraft into space from earth or at least more maps free like a forest map or a map like Chernobyl. Overall this game is great in my opinion and I would love to see these suggestions put in to the game thank you.

I have downloaded and then promptly deleted just about every attack helicopter game out there. These air cavalry sims are just hands down the best. Like, it’s not even close and the real kick is most of them are free. So what am I talking about? Well first off, every single other game had graphics that are straight clip art. The chopper is basically on a tilt where the screen moves more than anything to simulate flying. With this game and other from mobile simulator, the helicopter actually moves around the screen. It’s hard to explain but if you play them you’ll know. Most have 18-20 missions and you can play over and over. Yes you do have to buy some of the helicopters but it’s 1.99 each. Idk, I can’t believe the other morons even waste time by putting apps out. Get these you’ll enjoy them.

I fly the real thing and love AirCavalry! I generally hate helicopter flight apps but not this one. My only complaint is that during free flight there are no navigation aids or refueling bases. Most of the terrain areas are sparse in VFR references (especially the the winter mountainous area) and free flight with return to base can be sketchy at best). I actually enjoy free flight more than the missions. The V-22 is my favorite and I wish the amphibious warfare ship was included in the naval free flight scenario. Just for kicks I land on the destroyer decks. I love the working attitude indicators but the altitude, airspeed and heading indicators are the wrong color and hard to see against the background. Maybe the developers should place the indicators inside of a black box in order to improve visibility . That said, it's the best helicopter flight app hands down!

I like it but it needs more detail. What i mean is the ground needs to look more realistic for example the game carrier landings, or Marina helicopter sim. I like how the game gives you alot of helicopters, not alot of games gives you that much execpt PC games. And everything should be dynamic and random events like accidental fuel leak, or engine failure. Or create a game where you can be invincible or super realistic physics where you can only switch to cockpit and gunner. My favorite helicopter is the Super Stallion, because it reminds me of Modern Warfare 2 “Hornet’s Nest” i just want the game to be more detailed even probably like custom world only available to purchase on the free version or free in pro version. I need a developer response about my review please..

I really enjoy Air Cavalry. I think it provides a good balance of realistic flight dynamics with ease of operation and I like the aircraft selection. But the lack of updates do take a toll on the game’s enjoyment. It’s only fun to play a mission so many times, and free flight can become mundane without a lot of imagination.

Recommendations: With a development model of introducing new aircraft and missions only once or twice a year, consider opening up some of the mission-specific scenery for open flight. This would add some complexity and variety and allow players to mix and match aircraft with these sceneries. Specifically, making the USS Iwo Jima helicopter carrier (Mission 31) and the Cruiser “Shark” (Mission 11) available in carrier ops free flight would really open up opportunities for fun and practice. Maybe consider adding landing pads to the USS Washington’s destroyer escorts?

This is a great game, however this need to make it more perfect like rotar blades break when crashed. Also add more Russian helicopters like the Mi 28 Havoc and the Mi 26. Also replace Navy destroyers with Modern destroyers, Also add A.I. helicopters on Certain missions and make the Helicopters spin when shot down with fire on what part it’s damaged or crashed. And also add the feature of Creating our own mission and choosing map and adding the Enemy SAM sites and Friendly Air strike. Also add Enemy Trucks on missions also for the U.S. in Afghan and jeeps for the Mountains map and add Soldiers patrolling in base. also add Enemy helicopters for the Creation missions.

First let me say it is the best game ever and I love it but there are only a few helicopters free and I think that you should be able to unlock at least 2 helicopters by completing missions and you should also be able to buy a helicopter by watching ads or something like that cuz I know y’all make ad revenue so why not let us rent or buy helicopters by watching ads, but I am not saying every helicopter has to be free, just a few cuz eventually the same ones get annoying, thank you for applying my response to you game

UPDATE...Ok...so after several attempts the purchases came back but had to try it several times...kill AirCavalry and start it up again. Still needs work..

I bought this game awhile ago and made sever upgrade purchases and decided to revisit/play again. All of my purchases are gone and the ‘Restore Purchase’ button goes nowhere. This is a known issue to the developer because they have made a pop up letting us know to “hit the purchase” button again. There is no reassurance that I wont be charged again. This purchase option pops up on aircraft I KNOW I paid for because the mission in marked as “Complete”. Come on guys “FIX THE RESTORE PURCHASE THING”.....

Add variants for the helicopters along with different load outs for example the apache, the apache longbow would be a cool variant addition if this tab would be added into the helicopters area. Back to load outs, the apache could carry 16 hellfires or 4 hydra pods, but this would only work with helicopters with pylons and one more thing, the osprey flys very much like a helicopter in coward flight mode, I understand it's the physics engine but maybe the flight model could be tweaked but hands down the best flight sim on the market, I have every aircraft and map awesome game!

This Game has so much potential, Great Great Graphics, Gameplay is amazing. But I do find the Controls and Handling of the Helicopter to be very difficult. The turning and Ascending & Descending is very hard. So there are some things that should be either updated, or fixed other then that I love the game.✈️
I'm sry, But: I am a Pilot, I've flown a lot of the Helicopters on this game Especially The Newer Advanced Ah-64 Apache LongBow Attack Helicopter, most of these helicopters have and are meant to have very Precise Movement, Sharp turning which the helicopters in the game can have but I still love it

Ok it’s a good game but why don’t the boats sink it would be awesome if they did and if you wanted to see them there is a like drone that can go underwater so you could see them underwater and see the sea floor and the drone follows the helicopter that would be amazing or you could make another game were you drive a all Terran vehicle or you could do both ether of them is fine and it would be amazing what I forgot that the all Terran could have weapons and could be made up but it’s up to you I just think it would be cool.

This game is really fun to play when your on a long road trip or have nothing to do. One thing I love about this game is that it’s not to hard to play so it’s impossible, but also not to easy it’s boring. Also I suggest that you buy like two more helicopters and a few terrains so when you have no WiFi and your off the grid you can play lots of fun campaign missions.

This game is the most realistic combat sim I have ever played. It does have some glitches that need to address, the M249 on the C-47 chinook doesn’t work on my IPad. Please add some of these features, the ability to unlock maps after certain missions, also add the ability to shoot from the sniper positions on the little bird. Add more radio traffic and the ability to talk to the troops on free flight and on missions. Finally can you add the ability to switch helicopters.

It is a good game in all but not that many missions and many helicopters an mostly all of the helicopters and maps cost money which some people may not have money to spend freely so if you want to add some in game currency please over all it’s a good game it has good graphics is realistic to there history and models so I would buy this 100% of the time an it’s a great game I have inexperienced zero problems or glitches in this game

I only write reviews if an app is really good or really bad and let me tell you AirCavalry is REALLY good. Good selection of helicopters some free some you have to pay for. But a good enough number for free. Plenty of missions. Controls are good except for the gunners controls which are struggle to move. Different environments. Little to no ads. Over all 4 stars would be perfect if not for the broken controls on the gunner.

This game is great, but you guys should try and incorporate more detail on the helicopters as far as controls go and the aircraft itself. This game is by far the best . Would like to see more detail in the aircraft and the ip n environment perhaps ? Just ideas 😌 but yes very good game I love it

Make the aircraft like th Apache more realistic. Like apu start up and make it detailed . I know it’s just a phone app but I’d certainly play it more with more detail

This is hands down an awesome simulator. I love your guys' work in all the games, however there is a minor problem with them. Flying is great but turning the helicopter is a bit unrealistic. Instead of "turning" in flight, the helicopter does more of a strafing action, and once you use the pedals it's almost like the helicopter drifts like a car. This is the one thing that should be fixed, but other than that, your simulators are great!

I’ve played several game by this developer and the one major complaint I have is........even if you fly at top speed it takes FOREVER to reach the target. You can’t tweak anything either. Other than calibrating before take off there’s no options of any kind. You spend a half hour getting to your destination and when you’re landing and about to complete the mission, if your landing is not ABSOLUTELY PERFECT you’re screwed. The one really good part of it is the FLIR system is spot on

This game is amazing and is very fun graphics are ok and the missions are cool. But one problem I find in this game is why every single helicopter cost money.(beside the free ones) also there are so many missions you just have to buy the helicopters then the maps then the controls are kinda hard. I know there trying to make money but at least don’t make 90% of the helicopters cost money
